The conversations by the fire invite you to make sense and the children lose themselves in their fantastic worlds all around the witch's cottage.

The little house on the river is a charming two-room apartment of recent construction where the warmth of wood typical of a mountain lodge is mixed with the modern. Finely furnished, it is equipped with all the comforts. Its location is strategic... away from traffic, although very close to the center of Bormio. The view is spectacular and ranges from Monte Vallecetta to the top of the Tresero. You will have a large garden equipped for your outdoor lunches or for your relaxation with a view!

Val Zebrù - Entire chalet surrounded by nature

Entire chalet typical of the huts in Val Zebrù built on the ground floor in stone and on the ground floor in natural wood. An area that enhances the beauty of nature and the tranquility of the mountain. The area has no telephone or internet connection so relaxation is total. There are three ways to access the huts: from the parking lot it is about 6 km and you go up on foot enjoying the landscape of Val Zebrù, or rent an off-road vehicle with driver or go up with your own off-road vehicle.

Our fully renovated cottage (4 ½ rooms) is located in Davos on the Rinerhorn. The unique location directly bythe ski slope, toboggan run and winter hiking trail is perfect for winter sports enthusiasts of all kinds. However, the comfortably furnished hut also invites you to relax and enjoy a cozy get-together at the same time. It is fully equipped and has shower/toilet, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, heating etc. Attention: In winter only accessible by mountain railroad (ski/sledge)!

Beautiful vacation cottage with rustic simple furnishings

Beautifully located holiday cottage, with rustic simple equipment. You are away from the hustle and bustle, but still quickly in the village to get fresh bread, etc. Great starting point for smaller hikes and about 5 minutes from the Alpsee. In winter when there is snow, you can't drive all the way to the hut. Then you have to walk about 10 minutes. Luggage transportation is possible in consultation. You have to heat with wood, in the bathroom there is a small electric heater fan.

The approximately 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at almost 700 meters above sea level, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. The house is ideally furnished for family vacations of up to 6 people. Of course, groups, couples and individuals are also very welcome. The house impresses with a spacious swing which is kept very close to nature. For children, there are various play options in and around the house.

Enjoy nature and hut evenings in a secluded location. The cabin is located on the flank of the Isler in Oberjoch on a small forest clearing. The place with its shops is only 10 minutes away and yet you are completely on your own. It is ideal for 4 people, with 6 people possible - but then it becomes cuddly. Above the meadow there is a reservoir, in which bathing is officially prohibited (liability reasons), but in which everyone can bathe (thus at their own risk).

The outdoor area with campfire place, meadow and forest as well as of course the parking spaces are at all guests' disposal. Outside in front of the log cabin, the WiFi from the Birkenhof can also be used!
