Relax in this unique little quiet apartment, in the center of Fredericia, which is located in a closed courtyard. It is within walking distance of, for example, cafés, a theater, the beach, and shopping. The apartment has on the ground floor kitchen/family room as well as a toilet & bathroom. On the 1st floor there is a double bed, TV, Chromecast and bed linen and free wifi, but not ideal for people with walking difficulties. Dogs allowed. Smoking outdoors. Complimentary coffee/tea, sugar, powdered milk, etc. End a lovely day at the café table with a cup of coffee or something else.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

Necessary service is available as well as microwave and fridge. On the property's 6 ha, occasionally horses go, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest vineyards. There are opportunities for lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Shopping approx. 6 km away; approx. 35 km to Legoland. There is no public transportation to our location.

Lovely little hideaway, natural reserve,, butterflies and long gras…little walk to good beach. Peaceful. Great area for bicycling, diving.. Pets are welcome., but for the moment this part of the garden isn’t fenced As I am an architect, I am always fixing and making things better, so please don’t expect perfect. Biodiversity is high on my list and I am part of an organization protecting wildlife, the garden is wild. This place is only suited for two people. This place isn’t suitable for babies.
