Jose is an excellent host and very helpful. The apartment is in a great location. The appliances are a very good standard. We will return in the future.

Laura's accommodation is very nice with a view of the sea and the mountains. Very clean and quiet residence and neighborhood. Being French, Laura sent us the places and centers of interest to prepare for our stay which was wonderful!!...

I can't imagine a better location. The Mediterranean is out the window and across the street. The town is right behind you, easy walk to restaurants and groceries. This place is over the top modern, like something out of a magazine, yet very comfortable and welcoming. Access to the building and apartment were through an app, but once you got used to that it was quite simple. Parking would be a challenge in season. Our stay was breif, but left us wishing it were longer.

The best is undoubtedly the location and if we add the height of the apartment (7th floor) it is transformed into exclusive. Although it may seem contradictory, it is appreciated that the design and construction of the building is already a few years old, since the quality of the finishes and the rationality of the spaces were taken into account and in this apartment it is checked and enjoyed perfectly. No doubt, as with everything, constant maintenance is needed and more in a location on the sea front, in the apartment we have seen that this is and breathed that will. About the attention, the great treatment, the absolute predisposition and the fulfillment of the commitments, to say, a bombazo! Summing up, if we have a chance, we'll do it again.

The accommodation is fantastic, as for Virginia, she was always there for us.

The apartment is great, perfectly located, quiet area and 5 minutes from the beach on foot. Everything in the house was in perfect condition, very clean and well maintained. Communication with Maria Jose was excellent at all times. I would definitely recommend this place to have a great vacation. We loved it!

This was a return visit to our favourite accommodation in Mojacar as the facilities well suit our party. It is also an ideal base for our chosen sport and is close to a variety of restaurants which offer high quality cuisine. Also the support provided by the Host and the apartment manager Antonio has been of paramount importance.

Belén was a very good host, she was attentive at all times,although we could not meet, due to Circubstances,she was attentive to all our needs . The apartment as described, in a great location,as you had a chance to be on either of the two beaches that the town has. The apartment has air conditioning and fans in every room,perfect for Almeria.We come back without hesitation.

We’ve just got back from a fantastic week at the villa. It’s a lovely villa in a great location! The photos are accurate and up to date and Paula and David are so responsive and helpful. It’s walkable to the beach which is beautiful and a lovely area to explore. If you’re looking for privacy and peace and quiet this is the place for you! The pool is lovely and kept clean and the garden is really well cared for. It really does feel home from home with everything you can possibly think of there for you!!

Sandra's place is simply the best place to enjoy Mojácar for a few days. Large, clean, tidy, tastefully, unbeatable views (literally), from both the living room and the roof. It is also very well located, as still being in the center, the street is very quiet and you can't hear the hustle and bustle of the village. Also, Tomasina (the contact person of the house we were with) is lovely, and both she and Sandra were aware of us from before our arrival. Truly, a 100% recommended experience. My family and I will miss the beers on the rooftop, as well as the village!!! Simplemente maravilloso! Sandra's house is simply the best place to fully enjoy Mojácar for a few days. With plenty of space, clean, tidy and well-decorated, and amazing views from both the living room and the rooftop. Moreover, the house is really well located since even though its centric location, the place is quite calm and silent. Sandra and Tomasina have been always available and helpful since the beggining. My family and me will definitely miss the sunset-beers, our experience at Sandra's is 100% recommendable!!!

Beautiful location and view! We enjoyed having breakfast and doing yoga on the terrace each morning. Well equipped and clean and tidy. Very comfortable stay and Jose made sure check in was easy! Would recommend staying if you’re in the area

Townhouse just like in the photos. Quiet and comfortable. With everything you need to spend a few relaxing days. We didn't miss anything. Attentive and very communicative host. With a lot of information on the sites and places to see. Perfect as a starting point. Coves and beaches less than 30 minutes away by car. Great air conditioning and at night a little cool air on the terrace. Everything was great. We enjoyed it.

Everything is perfect, the only thing is to keep in mind that one of the two bedrooms is downstairs, separated in a certain way from the house with what you have to consider if you are traveling with small children. The views from the house and the pool, spectacular.

After passing my arrival time, Petra and her husband were already waiting for me. They explained everything to me clearly and gave me some tips about the environment. During my stay my phone broke and they pointed me to a phone store that made the phone. In short, a good apartment in a good location with a very kind and helpful hostess.

From the start these owners were amazing with their replies to my questions. Met Jane at the property and what a lovely lady. We got inside and it was just perfect, better than we had thought. Great outside for our dogs and really pretty and well kept. Inside 2 great bedrooms. Our double was so comfortable, great sheets and pillows. Bathrooms so clean and everything you need, loads of extras. Kitchen has everything you need to cook big meals and very nice crockery and glasses. So clean throughout. Comfortable and feels like home. Good telly options There’s a beautiful swimming pool right near the apartment and designated parking spot Jane recommended restaurants and supermarkets. All of which were so good A really lovely, easy stay for us. We were waiting to move into our new home and I can’t think of a more perfect beginning to our new life in Almeria and new friends too

Such an amazing space!! The perfect relaxing week for our family. The apartment was immaculate upon arrival. All the amenities to feel right at home. The large outdoor space which leads directly to the pool area is everything we needed. Will be visiting again in the near future!! Thank you Raúl!!

One of the best places to stay in Vera. The house is just as seen in the photos or even better and the development is super quiet and with little noise, in addition to being practically next to Vera Playa. With Rosa and her husband the unbeatable communication, for anything they responded very quickly and even provided us with a pdf with information about the house interest, places in the area, taxi numbers and so on. I would definitely repeat.

We went with another couple to spend four days and the stay was very quiet,the cozy and quiet place,we were able to make routes throughout the cat Cape,the apartment with spectacular views of the beach,we lacked some curtains for the rooms for safeguarding the privacy a little but otherwise perfect,we will repeat for sure.

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

Beautiful spacious apartment with sea views in a great location. Equipped with everything I needed. The apartment complex was secure, with a quiet private pool and car parking. A short walk, six to seven minutes led down to the beach, restaurants, Tapas bars and local supermarkets. Would come again.

The duplex was lovely, the pool was fab, the apartment really a home from home, Villaricos beach and the local area was a fabulous as ever. We will be back
