It is rather unusual, but nice and cozy place great for short-term stay. Vahram was very nice and he and his wife left a fruit platter for me which was very pleasant to have after a long trip. This place is very good especially for this price

We stayed in Michael’s apartment for a little over two months, and during this time, we encountered minimal issues, which were rare. For short-term stays, future guests are unlikely to face any problems. The main drawback we encountered was the weak water pressure in the shower. However, once we informed the host, Michael, he promptly arranged for a new high-quality pump to be installed the next day. While this didn’t fully resolve the issue, Michael’s responsiveness was impressive. He was always quick to respond, even late at night or early in the morning, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment is well-equipped with a wide range of household appliances, making it suitable for long-term stays. The neighborhood is pleasant, but not touristy, with all essential amenities nearby, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, and hair salons. It’s also convenient to get to the city center, with affordable taxi options in Yerevan. Overall, the apartment is spacious, cozy, and bright. Strong 5/5

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mane’s house in Yerevan. The 2-story house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably fitted our family of 6 adults and a 5-year-old boy. One of the bedrooms had a lot of kids’ toys, and our child slept in that room and absolutely loved it. He also enjoyed playing outside. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - a high-fenced yard offering plenty of privacy. The outdoor dining area, mangal style grill, and the swing chair provided a perfect setting for relaxation. We even enjoyed late-season sweet grapes from the vine in the yard. Gated garage allowed us to park our minivan securely. The house is located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, with grocery stores nearby. A small note: the road leading from the main road to the house is unpaved, curvy and a bit bumpy, but this didn’t detract from our experience. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend the house for anyone staying in Yerevan!

Our group of 9 had a fantastic stay at Davit’s place! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, easily accommodating our large party. Davit was a wonderful host – very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. We loved using the clean sauna and large pool, and the grill was a great addition. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, even for cooking for nine. Comfortable beds too! The house and yard is beautiful and clean. Highly recommended for larger groups looking for a great place with excellent amenities.

stayed for a week, the host is very hospitable! arrived at night, so there was a video instruction - everything is clear and clear. The apartment was great,there is everything for life + private territory. There are several animals in the yard (cats and dogs), they are incredibly kind and affectionate. It was my first trip to Armenian in 33 years, and I wanted to find a place to relax and enjoy myself with my family. The description of the house was exactly as we saw. It. It is a little paradise outside of the town. The beautiful house, the outside pool, and the rest of the properties covered with fruit trees create a familiar and relaxing place. Both bedrooms on the property's second floor have the most fantastic view of the sunrise, and on the balcony, you can claim the rest of the valley.

We're less about a high-gloss vacation. We want to experience something from the people, to be able to empathize with their culture. This definitely made it possible for us to stay at Anna's place, as the hospitality and helpfulness was constantly present. That's why I'll be back. And the apartment was also super spacious and nicely decorated.

We would like to thank Wahan for a wonderful stay in such a chic comfortable house! The house itself is better than in the photos. There was a cleaning service before check-in, and we checked into a perfectly clean house with individual accessories for each guest. The host himself is an incredibly kind and responsive person, he was always in touch and always helped with all questions! We sincerely recommend! We will come again and more than once!

We stayed with my husband at this beautiful airbnb for a week. The place its great, spacious, great view, comfortable and gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay and we felt right at home. Definitely recommend it!

The apartment was just wonderful. We came as a big family — nine people in total: four adults and five children. Everyone settled in very well, the rooms were clean, modern and fresh. Two bedrooms have magnificent views of Mount Ararat. My grandmother and aunt were simply delighted to wake up to such a view from the window. There is a large terrace where you can sit, barbecue and eat together. A large table is available. Everyone loved this stay. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay: towels, dishes, cutlery. Television also offers many features: Netflix, Okko and other platforms for watching movies in multiple languages. The location of the apartment is just perfect — a three-minute walk to one of the city's main attractions: the Cascades. Thank you so much! We are very, very satisfied.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

Nice, big apartment right in the center of Yerevan. Very easy to check in when you first get there, and Michael was always available whenever we needed anything. Would recommend a place to anyone thinking of a stay in Armenia!
