Wir haben erst vor ein paar Stunden das Haus verlassen, vermissen es aber jetzt schon und planen unseren nächsten Besuch. Es waren einfach perfekte 7 Tage in Jerewan. Von Anfang an fühlten wir uns hier wie zu Hause und wollen im Herbst wieder kommen. Artavazd ist sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Kommunikation mit ihm war äußerst einfach und angenehm. Da ich erst später eingereist bin, kümmerte sich Artavazd um meine Familienmitglieder und hat ihnen geholfen. Das charmante Haus mit Terrasse ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, der Garten ist bestens gepflegt und der Swimmingpool mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Stadt blitzblank sauber.

We stayed at Garo's place as a large family of 7, so we occupied both guest units. The host is very friendly and communicative, his family lives in the same house below, so they were always available to help and answer questions. It is a spacious and well-equipped apartment, with washing machine and all necessary kitchen utensils (and a mulberry tree outside as a bonus). The apartment is located in the private sector near Ararat brandy factory. It is relatively close to the center, but Erevan is a large city, you have to either walk quite a lot or take a bus, or take a taxi/car.

Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

Мы провели три дня с семьёй с маленьким ребенком в доме. С самого бронирования Давид был на связи, подсказывал и давал рекомендации относительно поездки. Для маленькой гостьи хозяин дома специально подготовил кроватку и стульчик для кормления, а при заселении нас ждала домашняя пахлава! Дом просторный, с красивой ухоженной территорией и хорошей мебелью. Ещё на территории живёт черепаха, это был полный восторг для ребенка) Мы застали роскошное цветение роз на территории дома. Бассейном и сауной воспользоваться не успели, но они также были готовы к использованию. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания, включая тапочки, шампуни и гели для душа. В пешей доступности есть магазины (примерно в 300 м - маленький магазин и примерно в 500-600м - достаточно большой супермаркет, но до него нужно немного пройти в гору). До центра города около 15 мин на такси. Также работают доставки продуктов. Мы остались довольны и благодарим Давида за помощь в различных вопросах!

From the very first contact David was very accomodating to all my requests. He provided detailed/video instructions of how to find the place, the parking. Responded to every message within a minuet or less. Generously provided with all personal care products. As a host, I rate him 5 out of 5. The apartment is big and specious, well laid out, equiped with all essential items for comfort. The location is fantastic, walking distance from 24/7 supermarket, fresh bakery, cafes and restaurants, shops for little shopping therapy if you wish and much more. I loved the security of the building with 24/7 monitored security, working lift. Definitely good value. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely visit again. Отличная , Просто отличная квартира в самом маленьком центре Города ! Расположение , лучше и не найдёшь - идеальное. Можно легко добраться пешком до всех основных достопримечательностей, также буквально в паре шагов супермаркеты, кофейни, обменник, Банки и самые разнообразные магазины, Очень удобно и комфортно... С балкона открывается красивый вид на собор, также там есть пара стульев, приятно посидеть по вечерам. В самой квартире очень чисто и очень уютно, ощущения как дома. В наличии всё - от микроволновки до стирального порошка, тапочки , мыло , зубные щётки паста , бумага , расчёска, полотенце - Все в наличии... Есть масло, соль, чай, кофе вся необходимая посуда - можно готовить. В спальне огромнейшая кровать, в зале удобный диван.( который открывается ) Спалось хорошо, по ночам очень тихо. Телевизор с приложениями, можно смотреть ютуб, Но самый большой плюс - это хозяин. Невероятно душевный и отзывчивый человек, к которому можно обратиться с любым вопросом, и он обязатель

The stay was great, the apartment is nice, big, everything is new and clean, as in the photos. The view is gorgeous, with an incredible sunset. The host was very responsive. We needed a crib for our two-year-old child, and he provided it immediately, as well as more towels. The only problem was that not all rooms have curtains, so we had to improvise with towels. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, which is very cool if you keep the windows open. There is only one air conditioner in the living room that reaches the entire apartment. And after midnight there was no more water in the apartment, due to maintenance work nearby. The building is also newly built with construction material still around. But we had a great stay, and the host also offered us a place in the garage, which was great. I really recommend it.

Все понравилось! Жилье оказалось даже лучше, чем на фото. Красивый вид, удобная кровать, большой телевизор с подключенным интернетом. С удовольствием заеду ещё раз, как буду в Ереване

Мы очень рады, что сняли эту квартиру - большую, чистую и уютную. Нам четверым было очень удобно в ней жить, тк в квартире есть абсолютно все необходимое, было удобно покупать продукты в супермаркете на первом этаже этого дома и свежайшие овощи и фрукты в ларьке с торца дома. Мадлена очень быстро отвечала на наши вопросы, так что у нас ни разу за поездку не возникло никаких проблем. Мы очень рады, что выбрали эту квартиру для отдыха в Ереване.

Бронировали эти апартаменты на неделю и с удовольствием остались бы пожить ещё. Квартира симпатичная, как на фото, просторная и светлая. Уборка была проведена качественно. Внутри есть всё для удобства пользования: бытовая техника, достаточное количество посуды и столовых приборов, разные расходники. Сантехника в приличном состоянии, напор воды хороший, температура комфортная, не обливает то кипятком, то льдом. Постороннего шума соседей нет. На балкон голодным лучше не выходить: постоянно пахнет то копчёными сосисками, то шашлыком. Но холодильник вместительный, а большой магазин сразу через дорогу. Все инструкции по заселению очень подробные, жильё легко найти и не заблудиться, вопросов не возникает. При желании дополнительно можно заказать ранний заезд, поздний выезд и трансфер. Владельцы вежливые и ненавязчивые, бесконечным количеством вопросов не заваливают. Отдыхали втроём, тесно не было, всё понравилось. Спасибо!

Very nice place near the city center, the residential complex is very calm and safe. There were available parking spots right in front of the building. The host was very responsive at all times and helped us with everything. Highly recommended!

We stayed with my husband at this beautiful airbnb for a week. The place its great, spacious, great view, comfortable and gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay and we felt right at home. Definitely recommend it!

I’ve spent a month in Eddi’s apartment in Yerevan. I highly recommend it. The apartment is spacious and has windows on both sides of the building. The interior nicely combines parquet floor, warm grey walls and carefully selected vintage furniture. A really nice vibe. BTW, there is an oven (which is not very common in Yerevan). There is a lot of storage space in numerous wardrobes. The apartment is located near a pretty lively spot in the center of Yerevan. The building itself is in a nice lane, and it’s really quiet in the apartment. There is a bunch of good restaurants nearby, and a supermarket just a minute away. Overall, anywhere you would like to go in the center of Yerevan is pretty close to this apartment. I never had to use a taxi. I also recommend the Lover’s park located just a short walk away from the apartment.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Versanik et Edgar. On a parlé français et beaucoup ri. Ils sont de bons conseils. L’appartement est très bien situé et les chambres correspondent aux photos. Exactement ce qu’on imaginait et ce que l’on recherchait. De l’authentique et un mode de vie typique d’une ville comme Erevan. Ne vous attendez pas à du luxe , pour cela allez à l’hôtel ! Ici vous avez l’accueil d’une famille dans un appartement modeste et simple. Vous pouvez demander les petits déjeuner à Versanik : vous aurez le petit déjeuner familial. Parfait pour découvrir la culture arménienne. On reviendra !

We rented the apartment on the top floor which was very private, very spacious, big living room with large table and seating area, 2 spacious bedrooms. Access to large private balcony from dining space with view of garden, pool and surrounding mountains. Everything was clean and worked well. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and she was very kind and always ready to help. Also all people working there were always nice and ready to help. We could park our motorbikes under the roof behind the gate what was very comfortable for us. Good small supermarket is right around the corner. It was a perfect spot for us to explore Gegham Ridge. Definitely recommend.

Had an amazing stay at this penthouse! The views were stunning, and the design was so stylish and cozy. Communication was super smooth. Highly recommend!
