This home was very clean, location was great and the Host was very kind and helpful, she kept communication and responsed everytime!

It was a beautiful place with the tallest ceilings I've ever seen! It's in a really cute little shopping district with a coffee shop only a few blocks away. We really enjoyed our time here and will try to stay here again next time through Birmingham

I stayed here while working this past week in Birmingham. The location was perfect!!! The instructions on how to enter the building were so easy to understand and it was a breeze to get into the unit. It’s a very secure building. The was an odor in the hall but nothing horrendous just something I couldn’t place. Would have loved a floor lamp or table lamp in the living room but that’s just personal preference. The only “issue” is the unit is right across the street from children’s hospital so you can hear ambulances but so easy to tune out. Loved having on-site parking and you can actually see the spot for the unit. Tried to book it again for July work trip but it was already booked. Would definitely stay here again

Carol’s place was clean and well appointed. She was very responsive and also accommodated late check in. There isn’t much around but it’s about a 15 minute easy walk to the convention center.

Cozy accommodation—super comfortable bed & couch, great location, great bathroom & separate laundry room all to myself. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Really enjoyed our stay. Great neighborhood and very close to downtown. Very spacious for a studio too!

House was great. Had a minor issue. Brent and Linda were on it and had it fixed the same day. Great people! The area is nice and quiet.

If you are ever in the Birmingham area Diana’s Place is the place to stay, especially if you have pets that travel with you. It’s a nice private place to just kick back and relax.

Wonderful, cute, clean, quiet place to stay for a long weekend in Birmingham. It is close enough to downtown to be near all the restaurants and happenings, but was located in a neighborhood area that was quiet and felt very safe. Mark was an exceptional host during our stay. He was always responsive and courteous for any requests or questions we had. I was visiting family in town and they brought over my two toddler nieces to let them play with a sprinkler in the backyard. Mark was kind enough to bring us a water hose and hooked it up for us while we were out exploring the city, which made our weekend plans possible and the kids were able to play all afternoon. I will be back in town for visits in the future and will 100% stay in Mark's property again for sure!

Wonderful experience renting from Britt. Everything went smoothly and the place was perfect.

This place was great!! Every room had a television and clean towels. It’s close to many restaurants and it was less than a mile from our church conference @ Cathedral of the Cross AOH. A bit pricey but worth it. Thank you Will for a great 7 days. We will be back next year‼️

The location was very quiet and secluded but so close to so many things. Having two bedrooms with attached bathrooms was great for my stay. I would definitely stay again.

Cute little house, matched description perfectly. Can tell that the area is undergoing a restoration and revitalization. Beds super comfy and house was very clean. We enjoyed our stay!!

Wonderful neighborhood and location! Very attractive neighborhood with easy outdoor walking or running. The house was very well decorated but more importantly, comfortable! From the minute you walk in, the spaciousness of the main rooms make you feel at home and relaxed. Large fenced in back yard. Very attractive home inside and outside. Comfortable furniture is a bonus. Highly recommend!

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

Suzy was an amazing host! The house was completely gorgeous and more than worth the money. There’s ton to do within walking distance of the homestead. We did have a small issue with the AC, but Suzy jump in and got right on it and literally had a company out within 1 hr. I’ll definitely be staying again.

The accommodation is very nice and the location is excellent. The area is pleasant and you can get everywhere. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. Sara was also very helpful and took care of everything within a few minutes and solved problems quickly. The accommodation is highly recommended.

We enjoyed our time here, the area is very cute! We paid $40 for parking close by, because street parking was minimal. The area felt safe, I appreciate the multiple security measures to access the apartment. The apartment itself is nice, well decorated and cozy! The bed was comfortable and there were additional pillows provided. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at 42nd while in Birmingham for work. The location was perfect. Easy walk to charming shops and restaurants. Also a quick drive to other parts of Birmingham. The interiors were styled to perfection, with McKenzie's art showcased throughout the home. Furnishings were comfortable and immaculately kept. Such a beautiful home. I highly recommend and cannot wait to return soon!

Joanna's apartment was great! Beautifully updated and simply decorated. Firm beds, spotless showers and kitchen, comfortable den furniture. perfect for our brief stay for college Orientation.
