Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Garches

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Unterkunft war sehr privat & schön. Auch Jessica war sehr gut erreichbar & äußerst hilfsbereit. Es war alles da, von Geschirr über Töpfe bis hin zu Bettwäsche & Waschmaschine. Sogar Waschpulver, wer keine Allergie hat, hätte es nutzen können. Ein kleines Heft im Wohnbereich hatte auch ein paar Tipps zu Unternehmungen & Erklärungen zum Haus. Leider nur auf französisch, aber mit moderner Technik schnell übersetzt. Einfach fotografieren und vom Handy übersetzten lassen. Der Park ist nicht sehr weit, mit Blick über Paris & Nachbarschaft ist recht ruhig. Wenn man nach Paris z.B. zum Eifelturm will dauert es fast eine Stunden mit Bus & Bahn. Aber die Anbindung ist gut & günstig. Für Deutsche eher gewöhnungsbedürftig war die laute Heizung beim Duschen, wegen der dünnen Wände. Aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir haben und ganz wohl gefühlt und sind sehr zufrieden.

The house was just like the pictures. Plenty of space for a group and easy access to central Paris through public transportation. Caroline was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Un très bon week-end passé dans cette petite maisonnette, calme et très propre vraiment super agréable, merci À Nicolas et Anne Sophie qui ont étés très arrangeants et agréables! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Such a cute traditional Paris apartment for two. Great beds, so convenient to have laundry in unit, excellent and spacious living room to relax in after a long day touring Paris, comfortable beds. Would absolutely come back

Berenger’s place is an absolute gem. Beautiful area, roof top garden, lots of attention to detail in the apartment itself. Coffee every morning in the garden was a delight. We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment to anyone visiting Paris. The bed was fabulous!!!!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check-in was extremely easy and the instructions were spot on. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. The location is outstanding with many restaurants and shops nearby. We also walked to many attractions. Charlotte is very responsive. She always replied quickly to questions. Thank you for all the hospitality. We will be back!!!

We loved our stay in this lively neighborhood. Olivier was a very responsive and friendly host! We traveled as a family of 4 with late teenage children and this was perfect for us—-vibrant night life and close to several metros. Great location to get everywhere! The place had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially loved the bathrooms. We would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here in the future.

우리는 지난 3박동안 최고의 집에서 최고의 시간을 보냈다고 생각합니다. 먼저 집의 위치와 내부시설이 너무 훌륭했습니다. 집은 조용하고 쾌적했으며, 주위에 식당과 마켓이 많이 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 거실을 비롯한 내부의 모든 인테리어도 프렌치 스타일이어서 정말로 파리에 온 느낌을 받았습니다. 가전 및 주방시설도 최고였습니다. 두번째로 호스트가 직접 우리를 만나서 친절하게 집에 대해 설명해 주어서 감동을 받았습니다. 문을 여는 방법, 주방시설 사용 방법, 가전용품 사용법등등 집의 사용 설명에 대한 완벽한 가이드였습니다. 특히 무료로 제공받은 웰컴와인은 정말 맛이 있었습니다. 세번째로, 서재에 있는 레코드와 cd 소리 너무 좋았습니다. 오래된 레코드판을 들으면서 옛 감성에 빠졌고, 특히 바하, 마리아 칼라스, 에디뜨 피아쁘의 음악은 최고였습니다. 모든 것이 따뜻하고 안락했으며, 마치 내집처럼 편안히 쉬고 가는 느낌입니다. 다음에 파리에 오면 꼭 다시 올 생각입니다. 다시 한번 좋은 집을 빌려 주셔서 감사드립니다.

Blick ins Grüne auf der einen Seite, sensationeller Blick auf Paris von der Terrasse und dazwischen eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und sind dank Montmartre mit den zahlreichen Treppen fitter zurück gekommen.

I can not say enough about this place! The apartment was beautiful, excellent location with public transportation literally a few steps from the apartment. Sylvia and her husband were awesome from restaurant recommendations to supplying us with a loaded metro card. I plan to stay here again when I visit in a few months.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) verbrachten 4 wundervolle Tage in Patricks wunderschöner und geräumiger Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick und Badr hat super funktioniert und Badr war wirklich so freundlich und hilfreich beim check in und auch beim check out. Das von ihm organisierte shuttle sercice vom und zum airport hat einwandfrei funktioniert! Badrs Paris to do tips waren ebenfalls sehr hilfreich! Er hat immer sofort auf meine Nachrichten geantwortet, was ich als top service und nicht selbstverständlich empfunden habe. Die Umgebung der Wohnung ist sehr sicher, direkt daneben ist eine große Polizeistation, was uns ein gutes Gefühl gab. Auch direkt daneben ist ein nettes Restaurant, wo man ein gutes Frühstück und Abendessen genießen kann. Wenn wir wieder nach Paris reisen, möchten wir sehr gerne wieder in Patricks Appartement wohnen.

Nous avons passée un séjour agréable entre copains dans une maison qui correspondait totalement a nos attentes. Les espaces et les chambres étaient super pour accueillir nos familles et nos 4 enfants. Les hôtes sont très réactif et les instructions sont claires. Je recommande vivement ce logement qui nous a permis de séjourner sur Paris. Merci encore 👌🏻

En week-end entre copines, nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Thanom et Fred : jardin et équipements extérieurs merveilleux, tout ce qu'il fallait sur place pour cuisiner, literies au top, nous avons enregistrée l'adresse dans nos favoris et reviendrons sans hésiter. Thanom et Fred ont été super disponibles et flexibles, merci encore à eux.

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

Ideale rustige uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Parijs. Half uurtje met de Metro vanaf een station op loopafstand. Na de drukte in de stad heerlijk om even tot rust te komen.

Amazing place, very well equipped, good beds, modern kitchen and nice host, quick to answer

Jáde-kőként ragyogó tágas szálláshely privát kerttel, a nyugalom szigete, Párizs szívétől valóban 25 percre. Nyugdíjas szüleimmel és 4 éves kisgyermekemmel töltöttünk 6 éjszakát a házban.Cécile és családjának vendégszeretete, segítőkészsége mosolyt csalt az arcunkra, bármikor találkoztunk az ott-tartózkodás alatt.A 3 hálószoba több, mint elegendő, a konyha jól felszerelt, benne só-bors-fűszerek.A fürdők tiszták, a nagyobbik rendkívül tágas, a kád kisgyermeknek szinte medence.Talán részemre nagyobb testsúllyal a matrac nagyon puha.A reggeli beszerzése a szálláshelytől 5 perc távolsága (Boulangerie, Patisserie, szupermarket és a csütörtöki termelői piac a közelben). Parkolas a szomszédos utcában ingyenes. A házigazda kutyája barátságos, néha átjár az elkerített kertbe, de minket nem zavart, a gyermek a kutyát nagyon szerette.A nappaliban tv, Netflix, YouTube, a kanapé a kisgyermek kedvence.Ajánlom azoknak, akik szeretik a nyugalmat, a csendet.Negatívumot nem tudnék felhozni.Visszajövünk!

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Gegend. Mit Uber dauert es ca. 30 Minuten bis Zentrum von Paris. Das Haus entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geräumig, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefüllt. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu hat immer reibungslos funktioniert. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung!

We hebben met ons gezin heel erg genoten van het leuke huis die van alle gemakken was voorzien. Het is echt een familiehuis. Het enorme pluspunt is de mooie grote tuin en het prachtige uitzicht op de Seine! We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de kano’s en sub boards. Het treinstation is op loopafstand en heel goedkoop om naar Parijs af te reizen. Dank je wel voor jullie gastvrijheid en we komen heel graag nog een keer terug Esther!
