Charming studio overlooking the sea, with a livable terrace on the main street of Camogli. On the fifth floor of a typical "palazzata", with characteristic "camoglina" staircase (not recommended for those who have walking difficulties and children -only adult)). The two windows offer breathtaking views from Punta Chiappa to Genoa, and unforgettable sunsets. Small but comfortable, it is the result of careful and careful renovation. On a private road, 200mt from the sea and nestled into the hills overlooking Moneglia, this cottage is ideal for a family of 3/4 (3 adults + a baby). The large terrace that opens to views of the sea is breathtaking. Situated away from town but close to the center of Moneglia, the home is the perfect place to relax in Liguria. There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.

Pines in the sky.

Probably the nicest apartment of the three available in a villa with a big garden located in Mulinetti, close to Recco. The apartment is brand new and the furniture is high quality. There is a 50 sq. meters terrace with an astonishing view on the sea and Portofino mount. THE APARTMENT IS BEING CLEANED AND SANITIZED FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE CENTER FOR DESEASE CONTROL AND PREVENTION (CDC) AND IN ADDITION THE APARTMENT IS GENERALLY KEPT EMPTY AND VENTILATED FOR 24 HOURS BETWEEN GUESTS.

The driveway access - in the upper part of the country - is on a private avenue with 2 parking spaces and a condominium garden. Access to the pedestrian area is on the Salita Priaro staircase and is about a 3-minute walk from the beach and the marina of Camogli. It is also a few minutes walk from the village train station.

There are only 25 steps separating the flat from the sea. The flat has direct access to the beach. You can reach the centre of Zoagli by the sea promenade DUE TO A STRONG SEA STORM THE BEACH IN THE FIRST PHOTO, WHICH IS BELOW THE FLAT, WAS DAMAGED. IT IS CURRENTLY IN DISARRAY, IT WILL BE FIXED ON 20 JUNE 1 PRIVATE PARKING PLACE outside the residence, it is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The parking lot is suitable for cars up to 4.5m long
