At the foot of one of the most beautiful cliffs in the world ,to sigoyer (15 km of gap and on foot of work to climb hiking mountain bike road ( many circuits and passes ) horseback riding , snowshoeing ,skiing ( 50 mns of devoluy, 1 h of the stations champaur and Guillestrois)and ski touring , I propose this small paradise summer and winter , animals accepted but kept on a leash or large lanyard on the terrace and very sociabilized and not attacking the cat!!! , quiet assured Exceptional place

My place is located in a small village in the Champsaur Valley, close to the Parc des Ecrins, the ski resorts and the St Julien body of water. Gap is a 15-minute drive and Lac de Serre-Ponçon 30 minutes. Our house is an old renovated farmhouse surrounded by an enclosed garden that contains children's games (trampoline, swings...). You will appreciate the quietness of the neighborhood. All amenities (supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias...) are a 5-minute drive away.

New and spacious accommodation. Views of the mountains from the deck. The apartment located on the ground floor of our house has completely independent access. Not overlooked, free parking. Shops at 400 m, city center 5 minutes away. Please note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. We provide the sheets but please remember to take your towels.
