VIENNA DREAM VIEW 22 APARTMENT Modern 65 m² apartment incl. Loggia in Vienna's most sought-after and modern residential area, between the Danube, DC Tower and UNO City. The Danube Tower is within walking distance. It is only 4 minutes to the U-Bahn [subway] and from there 10 minutes to the city center (Stephansplatz). Shopping and gastronomy on site (bakery, groceries, drugstore, pharmacy, "57 Restaurant + Lounge"). A parking garage is available in the house. You can't spend your time in Vienna better.

Dieses wunderschöne 3-Zimmer-Appartment liegt im Herzen Kaisermühlens und damit nur wenige Gehminuten von der U1-Station entfernt. Mit der U1 ist man in 7 Minuten am Stephansplatz und damit im Zentrum Wiens. Die UNO City und das Vienna International Center befinden sich auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Billa, Spar, Bipa, Apotheke sowie Restaurants sind vor Ort vorhanden. Zur Entspannung und Erholung laden die Donauinsel und das Kaiserwasser ein. Alles ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar.

A beautiful garden with gazebo and a large covered terrace with dining area are available.

Garden I Parking I 5 min to Shopping Center

The place was very clean and made you feel at home. In addition, due to the connection to the U1 (Kagraner Platz, about 7 minutes' walk), you could get almost everywhere or then also change if necessary. However, if you come by car, you should note that you have to pay for the parking lot Mon-Fri between 9 am - 10 pm + max. 2 hours. As an alternative, we parked in the P+R parking garage Leopoldau (15 minutes away by U1), as this parking garage was significantly cheaper than the parking garages in the immediate vicinity (€4.40 per 24 hours). Check-in went smoothly, but the link to the app (acts as a key) was sent to us on Airbnb, which we noticed late. Otherwise, when opening the door, you should always pull it towards you so that it opens. Some furniture had slight flaws, but this did not bother us. The accommodation was well equipped (kitchen, etc.). I would book it again:)

We felt very comfortable! Vici is very nice, the bungalow is very nicely decorated. The location on the Old Danube is simply wonderful – quiet, idyllic and yet well connected. We would come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!
