This is a very unique and beautiful home. I would stay here again without a doubt. The hosts are very kind and they care about their guests. I wish my house looked this nice!

This was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the place was spotless—truly the cleanest I’ve stayed in so far. We were able to check in early, which was a huge plus. The indoor pool was fantastic —the water temperature was just right, and the host made sure it was perfectly adjusted again the next day. It really made the experience feel extra thoughtful and comfortable. What really stood out was the quality of the towels and bedding. I usually bring my own towels because most Airbnbs don’t meet my expectations, but here, everything felt like a luxury hotel. I didn’t need my own at all. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

4 minutes by car from Hwangnidan-gil, There is no convenience store nearby (there is a small supermarket), so I recommend buying it in advance. Before the visit, the amount was a little burdensome, I felt that much investment and care was put into the accommodation, so I was satisfied without any regrets after the visit and would like to visit again.

First of all, I'm sorry for contacting you during cleaning due to the check-in time. The accommodation was a place with many good points, like many reviews. However, there was a barn nearby, so it smelled all the way to the yard, so it was uncomfortable when using the barbecue. It smells a lot every time the wind blows. I knew the kitchen was on the second floor, but I think it would be nice to have a refrigerator on the first floor or near the barbecue. Refrigerator and dining table on the 1st floor I think it would be better if there was a sofa on the second floor.

We travel a lot. And we often use AirBnB accommodations. Not all of them are on my account. Also through my wife. Just so you can understand what we're saying: this place is one of the top 3 of our worldwide experiences. Unbelievable. It was relaxed because we were informed from the start. There was a big festival in the old town on our weekend. And Sangmi informed us in time. She also kept a parking space free for us. Her mother - super sweet - welcomed us on foot and led us to the parking space that Sangmi had freed up at the same time. And this house!!!!!!! The architecture is simple and appealing and shapely and functional. Everything was thought out. We used both the hot tub and the Marshall speaker (inside) and the water filter. She also provided us with super nice and also practical goodies. Everything was 1a and we would come back any time!!!!!!

A place where I was wowed by the exterior from the moment I arrived My parents said it was so pretty as soon as they entered. He looked around the interior and praised it, saying that the house was so nice, and I could see that he really cared about the cleanliness and the furniture!! There are many nearby Dangsa Beach, Hoejik Board, and pretty cafes, so it's a great place to come with family or friends! And the accommodation itself was so pretty that even if I stayed in the accommodation all day, there were a lot of things to enjoy, such as the yard, bedroom, living room, and jacuzzi. I had a really comfortable stay! The owner also responded right away when I contacted them by text or phone, so I had a good rest~~

It was as cozy and nice as the picture! I think it will be difficult to come and go unless the means of transportation is a car, but if you have a car or take a taxi, I don't think it will be very inconvenient. The host is really, really kind and the breakfast is well taken care of, so I ate so well! Just one unfortunate thing is that the fire was too weak when I barbecued, and I kept grilling it thinking that it was just the fire, so I couldn't cook it and threw it away. Thanks to the very kind host, I had a really perfect trip to Gyeongju. I think this is the first time I've had a perfect trip, where the accommodation, food, and everything was great. The quality of the accommodation doesn't need words. Personally, I love wooden buildings. The subtle scent of wood, the fragrant smell that hits you as soon as you enter, and the air conditioner that was turned on in advance. I don't even need to say anything about the cleanliness. It was the cleanest Airbnb accommodation I've ever visited. There are a lot of people who don't clean the bottom of the toilet, but it was really clean with no water stains. The kitchen sink faucet is also clean! There was also a water purifier, so it was very convenient not to buy water. Personally, there were a few personal issues that could have been an inconvenience to the host, but I was so touched that the acquaintance who went with me said that there was no host like this in the world. Ah! The interior was a mix of Jeju and Gyeongju, and it felt emotional and static. There wasn't a single place that wasn't touched. I really recommend this place.

It was my first time traveling to Gyeongju, but I enjoyed the unique Yangdong Village, and the view from the accommodation in the morning and evening was so nice! The host was kind, and thanks to the stay, my memories of Gyeongju remain as good memories, and I think I will visit Gyeongju often in the future.☺️

Really great accommodation. Looked brand new. Great space for 2-4 people. Friendly host who responds quickly and allowed us to check in early. Close to Main Street where shops, cafes and restaurants are. Also walkable to main historic sites. Definitely recommend.

Overall, it was clean and comfortable. I especially liked the barbecue grill, so it was nice to barbecue on the terrace with a nice view. The lighting on the terrace is bright and the atmosphere is nice.

It was even more beautiful and cleaner than it looked in the photos—absolutely amazing. This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The bedding, towels, and kitchenware were all high-quality and spotlessly clean. I think this was the first bathroom I’ve seen without any mold at all. It might be a bit inconvenient without a car, but even so highly recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I've experienced countless stays in countless travel destinations, but there were few places where I felt the attention to detail and consideration like "Goyeon". What impressed me the most was the cleanliness. It was the first stay where I had enough faith to skip my own sanitation routine for the first time during my trip. It's hard to mention specifically because there are parts that are tailored to each guest, but for us, it was a truly satisfying stay. Personally, I believe that there is no '100% more satisfying accommodation than home' in the world, and I think that if you want to find fault with any place, you can. However, the completion of the space, the host's thoughtful consideration, and the quick and sincere response shone enough to surpass all those trivial parts. I believe that anyone who visits this place will not be disappointed in the host's hard work. Goyeon was not just a place to stay, but a place to experience. It was a pleasant time to get closer to nature, and it was a stay that I will remember for a long time.
