This was an amazing home to stay in. Dario was responsive when we had any questions regarding the recycling or pool. The home was comfortable and spacious. It looked even better than the pictures! The kids enjoyed the large backyard and pool so much on the days we weren’t out on excursions. There’s a grocery store right down the road where we stocked up on food and necessities. It was a beautiful oasis in a quiet area outside of Rome with easy access to the train stations etc. It was close to these amazing lakes we visited and the area turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip.

Host was great! Helped us with directions into Rome and was very flexible. Space was clean and comfortable!

Excellent place to stay for large groups or families. The house and area were beautiful. If you have a vehicle when you visit Rome, I highly recommend this place. it's a very nice alternative to the fast pace in Rome. Our family was very comfortable during our stay.

Staying at Inna was great way to start our Italian holiday. In a and her daughter helped us out perfectly our Italian holiday. There place was perfect to get some rest just for the night after a transatlantic flight. Inna and her daughter (who speaks English) offered an extra pick up / drop off to the airport for a reasonable price. Everything perfect. (Just consider that on top of the Airbnb price, every accommodation have to ask you for a tourist fee. We learned during our stay that it is mandatory to every host and can’t be included in the price.

We had a great time in the house, everything we needed was at our disposal and everything was in order, we could not ask for more.

We spent 1 week in this wonderful house! Communication worked perfectly, both in advance and during our stay; Elena was always available, responded within a very short time. Check-in worked perfectly thanks to the key box. The house is wonderfully equipped, you immediately feel at home. I have never seen such a well-equipped kitchen in an apartment, everything was available and in pristine condition. The water pressure of the shower is a dream for me, I have pretty long thick hair and usually have problems washing it on vacation, because usually too little water comes out of the shower heads;) The double bed is so comfortable, the mattress is perfect, not sagging, we slept great. There is an air conditioner in each room that we did not use despite the heat. The proximity to Rome, the beautiful beach within walking distance, were the arguments for us to book this place. Stefano is a detail-oriented, tasteful, warm-hearted host, and has its own property operating model.This small green house is very new and clean, and it is even more beautiful than the pictures, you can find anything you need in every corner of the room, even the utensils in the cupboard are very nice and cute!The lemon tree in front of the house also drops fresh lemons every day which is new to me haha.But to go to the attractions and the airport can only take a bus or taxi, it will take a little time, which makes this small house very quiet, suitable for a comfortable rest!In addition, the sandwich at the little coffee shop in the alley is also very delicious, we go there every day and sit for a while before we go out, generally very, very satisfied.🥰

Vittorio was a great host. He provided a very flexible checkin process following our international flights into Italy. He also help arrange transport into Rome when we experienced real difficulties with independent Taxi bookings. The pool area was a “great setting” for the family & grandchildren to utilise the pool. A very private /secure home, but with easy access to beach and restaurants. Vittorio responded very quickly with all questions………..a great host !!

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

We had a fantastic family stay at this villa! Mauricio was an excellent host, maintaining clear communication throughout our visit. His flexibility with our check-in was particularly appreciated; being able to settle in right after a 20-hour flight made a huge difference.

It is an absolutely stunning place to be. The house is beautiful, the view amazing and the pool area an absolut dream! :-) We had the best weekend with friends there and everyone loved it. Felt like straight out of a Mamma Mia movie sitting there under the trees having breakfast or dinner. 10/10

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!

I visited Italy on a family trip. I'm glad that I think I've made a lot of good memories thanks to this accommodation. I'd like to visit again next time I get a chance.

This villa is a hidden gem. In the outskirts of Rome area known as "Castelli", a prime local tourism location with a lot of good food options and restaurants nearby. Outdoor hikes around lake Albano. Also a short drive to Rome city center for daily visit. Villa has many rooms, vintage but well kept. Outdoors is unmatched, spacious, incredible views, pool, soccer pitch, huge garden to relax or dine out. The host is super kind.

We had a great week at the house. The place invites peace, relaxation, and fun with family and friends. The pool was a hit with kids and adults. Every morning the pool was cleaned. Communication with Guido was really good, and Martina, who greeted us, was hugely welcoming and good to communicate with. The warmest recommendations for this lovely place!

I spent a wonderful weekend with ten friends hosted by Ferdinando and Ludovica: the house is spacious, well maintained and with all the comforts (I would just add the TV in the living room), rooms up to par, large and well maintained garden, fantastic swimming pool, barbecue. All immersed in the tranquility of the Roman countryside but still five minutes from the town of Campagnano for every need. Friendly and discreet hosts. Highly recommended.

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops in walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

Alessandro and Roberta are amazing hosts! They made us felt at home and connected us with many destinations and service providers to make our first visit to Italy truly memorable. The home is pristine and spacious, perfect for a large family gathering together. The design of the place is beautiful and matched the photos. So many walkable dining options nearby and a playground for the kids 8 mins away. The hosts live very close by, were very responsive to our questions and offered great advice for places to visit. Overall, i would highly recommend staying with Alessandro and Roberta.

we had a wonderful stay at the house- grea location with lots to see nearby including the etruscan tombs, Castle and lake. Very nice, characterful property with a lovely big loggia/veranda area. Really huge place- so many living areas and nice big bedrooms. My family of 5 had plenty of space to enjoy spending time together, and because it is April it was good to have plenty of indoor space to use. The kids did enjoy the play equipment outside too and we had lots of games of football and skittles on the grass. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and because it was Easter they left some Easter eggs for my 3 kids which was a nice touch :)

Robertos place was fantastic! He and his sons went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate our family. (offered transportation pick up, early check in, showed us step by step every amenity in the house, helped carry ALL our Luggage up the stairs, personal recommendations, comped breakfast locally, proscecco in both refrigerators...) I would give 10 stars 🌟 for service and helpfulness! This made for an amazing welcome and stay in Rome. I highly recommend! Gratitude 🥹
