We had a wonderful experience in Don Luis's apartment during our family visit to the beautiful city of Santa Marta. I traveled with my wife and daughter, and from the first moment we felt right at home. The apartment was spotless, very well cleaned and with all the details taken care of for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Every morning we woke up to a spectacular view of the mountains at sunrise, a landscape that really invites tranquility and enjoyment of the natural environment. And in the afternoons, nothing like relaxing in the top floor pool, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea. Definitely one of the most special points of the place. Don Luis was a caring and kind host, always willing to help us and make sure our stay was perfect. We definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back soon.

I highly recommend staying at this place. The place is beautiful, just like in the photos. It is a 5-minute walk from the beach, close to the ARA, drugstores and the Rodadero. Claudia is an excellent host. She is very kind and flexible with the checkout. The apartment is very nice, very clean and has everything you need. You feel at home. I would definitely go back to that place.

Everything was great! The impeccable cleanliness, the beautiful place, the sea at that point a little dirty, but the facilities and the kindness of everyone in the place made it totally worth being there, we didn't need anything!

Everything was excellent, just like the photos, an amazing view and there is a beach nearby that seems to be private since there are not many people, the location is good and the facilities of the place are even better. I would definitely go back to this place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The home was spotless, and you could tell the host takes great pride in maintaining it. Edward was incredibly attentive and thought of every little detail, making sure we had everything we could possibly need. Our experience was flawless, and to top it all off, the sunset from the private beach was breathtaking. This place truly made our family getaway perfect. Highly recommend!

Excellent apartment, as shown in the photos, excellent cleanliness, spectacular ocean view, I would return every time I can book it, the building has spectacular facilities, the building's service has an impeccable customer service code, it is worth the price to pay for having a private beach.

After looking for a long time, I stayed there and the place was really amazing, very good view, super nice and comfortable, the apartment is ideal to go with your family and Lili is super friendly. I would come back again without thinking!

The stay was incredible, great location... the only thing is that there were no toiletries such as soaps, shampoos and others. Everything else is spectacular. The lady who received us was very formal and attentive.

The apartment is very nice, it has everything you need for a stay for several people, the hosts are very friendly and helped us with everything we needed, we would definitely stay here again, the facilities are in accordance with what is offered, the elevator is a bit old but it works normally and the pool is small but very nice

To start the apartment and the residential complex as such SPECTACULAR!! Juan Carlos and the staff in Santa Marta were very friendly from the beginning, being aware of the whole family even of the dogs. They helped us in every aspect so that the stay was as comfortable as possible. It was super clean, had everything necessary for a great stay including many little touches most Airbnb's do not have. the bed is comfortable, everything was in good working condition, the host that met me was very helpful and friendly. The apartment comes with everything you need for your stay. The apartment is very bright and very clean, communication with the host is effective and concrete with the willingness to solve problems. The place is very quiet and centrally located for the significant parts of Santamarta. The building's facilities are in very good condition and very flexible when it comes to using it.

An amazing experience. Jonathan is an excellent host. Always attentive to our comfort and attentive to our requirements. The apartment is just as in the photos, very comfortable, everything is clean, tidy and in good condition! And the view is spectacular!!! As for Samaria, it is excellent. It is comfortable, clean, beach nearby, the pools are great, if you want a beach plan it is perfect, it is a bit far from areas such as the Rodadero and the historic center which makes it a very quiet place.

The stay was great. Carlos and Jaime gave us a timely response to what we required.
