Newly built apartment in idyllic village with about 1000 inhabitants. Located right on the Swiss border. Very close is the largest waterfall in Europe, the Rhine Falls. Ideal hiking and biking paradise. Pure nature. Water sports in and on the Rhine (swimming, diving, paddling, etc.). Large parking space right in front of the apartment. Long-term guests up to 3 months are also welcome to welcome you. A place where you just feel really comfortable!

Apartment with stunning view

This apartment is located above the wineyards of Nussbaumen, Thurgau in Switzerland. The apartment is modernised and furnitured with valuable old furniture dating back to the 18th and 19th century. Looking further downward the wineyards you will see the small lake of Nussbaumen, and further on, on clear days, you will see the the peaks of the alps from Säntis until the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau which are nearly 200 km away.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
