Our house with a family atmosphere and magnificent unobstructed mountain views is located in the countryside and yet centrally, only 200 meters from the new Spieljoch cable car and only 5-10 minutes' walk from the village center.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. Thus, four people can stay overnight (price for 3rd and 4th adult person 25 € / night).
