ここは、昭和初期に建てられたと思われる「とても古い建物」です。 かつては干物屋さん（Dried fish shop）だったとのこと。 奥行が長い長屋で、とても個性的な造りをしています。 玄関からすぐの土間、妙に小高い居間、急こう配の階段、少し傾いた2階など随所に光る不便さ。当時の面影を残しつつ、快適に過ごせるようセルフリノベーションしました。 *電気工事はプロが行ったのでご安心ください。 宿の場所は勝浦朝市通りのすぐ裏、商店街の並びにあるので好立地。勝浦港まですぐなので、気軽に釣りにも行けますよ。朝は朝市でとれたて野菜や干物を買ったり、地元で有名なコーヒー屋さんで一休みしたり、近くのお寺巡りをしたり、千葉県最古の銭湯「松の湯」での入浴もおすすめ！近くの居酒屋もリーズナブルでいい雰囲気のお店が色々あります。勝浦タンタン麺もお試しあれ！ 勝浦中央海水浴場までは徒歩７分。 近くのスーパーは「ベイシア」車で4分。 近くのコンビニは「セブンイレブン」徒歩5分。 勝浦駅は徒歩9分。 よろしければ、お気に入り登録してくださいね♪

This house was built more than 100 years ago (survived WW2 and some great earthquakes), and was renovated recently. It is located just 1min away from Hiroo subway station (Hibiya-line). Hiroo is one of most popular residential neighborhood in Tokyo.
