The Kitchenette with dining table is located in between of the 2 Bedrooms. The second Bedroom is only 10'x10' with a Queen bed and Wardrobe. Since this is the only apartment we can not accept any early nor late check out's.

This modern and private modern studio has space for three people, located in one of the best areas of Lakeland, less than 1 mile from Lake Hollingsworth, close to downtown Lakeland and major universities. Close to Disney World and 1 hour from Clear Water Beach. It is a central but quiet neighborhood, close to Publix supermarket, restaurants, gas station and laundry. Without a doubt, a cozy space !!! We stayed at Chris' place after flying into Lakeland. It was close to the airport and easy to find. We loved the place. It's well decorated and very clean. I stayed there with my mother and two children on the pull-out couch. I'd definitely go back again!

Laurie’s home is a lovely and charming historic place to stay. The bedroom and private bathroom were extremely clean, beautifully furnished, and had all the extras I needed for a wonderful stay. She thinks of all the details and has everything you need if you might have forgotten something. Laurie takes great care in communicating with her guests and making sure everything is comfortable for them. I felt very welcome in her home and would stay again if I visited Lakeland!
