The Tesla factory can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car. There is a private parking space in the rear courtyard. Bars, shopping - cinema is all around the corner.

The bungalow was partially renovated in 2024 and offers a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. In the living area there is a couch which can be partially pulled out and serves as an emergency sleeping place. A conservatory of about 20 m² expands the living space to a total of about 55 m². The garden covers about 400 m². Important note: The pool located on the property may not be used at this time.

Our well-equipped, detached holiday home is therefore ideal for exploring the surrounding area and nearby Berlin. Our guests can of course access the garden. There is a sitting area and a barbecue area.
