Active vacation and city trip, hiking, cycling and winter sports: The Alte Schmiede in Sistrans is the perfect starting point for a break! Between fields, meadows and forests lies the village of 2,500 inhabitants at 1,000 meters directly on the Patscherkofel, with magnificent mountain panorama and views of the Inn Valley. Innsbruck is only 20 minutes away and in 30 minutes you are at the Brenner. The icing on the cake is the special charm of the apartment, which was renovated in 2023: The Alte Schmiede dates back to 1666!

Zitadelle – Dream house surrounded by greenery

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

Enjoy the Stubaital with its natural sites, sights and leisure activities in summer as well as in winter. The Schlickerbach crosses Fulpmes from north to south and passes our house in the center with a calming noise. We offer a quiet and sunny location in the center of Fulpmes: train station, bus, local amenities, cafes, restaurants, etc., everything within easy walking distance.

The apartment offers 35sqm in a sunny location with sun terrace, which can be used to relax. The apartment is a 10-minute drive from the Axamer Lizum ski area and a 20-minute drive to Innsbruck. Since there is no supermarket, it is best to stop at the supermarket "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen).
