Fantastic stay with lots of space for kids to run around. We felt right at home at Gen’s beachside facility. Great space for get togethers, parties, or special occasions. You’re a stones throw from the beach, wonderful to watch the sunset and ocean of stars at night. First of many times to visit this wonderful place I’m sure, thank you very much.

This beach house is a perfect getaway with beautiful views. Coffee shops, restaurants, and sunset view of Mt.Fuji!

急な予約でしたがチェックイン前までにとても親切にご案内いただいて快適に過ごすことができました。 施設はきれいです。 お風呂はヒノキ風呂で広く香りもよく寝心地の良いベッドでした。 電子ピアノが置いてあり子供達は楽しく遊ぶことができました。 ベランダからの景観もとても良かったです。

初めて利用をさせていただきました。 お部屋はとても整理整頓されていて すごくキレイな空間でした。 キッチンなども広く楽しく お料理をする事ができたのと テラス？みたいな場所でBBQなども する事が出来てとても満足でした。 サウナも出入りが多いと温度は 下がりますがそれ以外は全く問題なく 整う事ができました。 景色も本当に良くて時間を忘れて 椅子に座り景色に見惚れていました。 泊まって良かったです。 機会があれば是非また利用させて いただきたいと思います。

Beautiful home steps from the beach. Ideal for families with older kids. The home was well kept and extremely clean. Would highly recommend.

Great location with fantastic local restaurants and bars, easy access to all the sights in Kamakura. Short and easy train trips to Tokyo and Yokohama. Great beach, steps from the house, with an immaculate home and super responsive host. Looking forward to my next stay.

稲村ヶ崎の小高い場所にある素敵な家です！ 気候が良い5月の滞在だったので虫も居なくて室内外で快適に過ごせました。造園デザインを手掛けるオーナー様の離れを一年前にリノベーションして開業されたとの事。インテリア/エクステリア共に新しく素敵に設計されていて、海沿いの鎌倉らしく、マリンリゾートと日本の庭園が融合した落ち着く佇まいにすっかり癒されインスパイアされました。駅からは狭い上り坂があるので、重いキャスターバックを引いて登るのはちょっと大変かと思いますし、BBQをしたのは私達が初のお客さんという事でしたが、連泊のうちの一泊や、買い出しなど重い荷物がある場合は、レンタカーなど車🚙が必須かと思います。(私達は小さめのレンタカーを借りて正確でした)。ベランダからは江ノ島が見え、近くには富士山🗻が見える銭湯♨️もあります。その1階のタイ料理店はカジュアルに、国道沿いのイタリア🇮🇹料理店のデリバリー🍕は便利で、江ノ電🚃の側に映える和食店の朝食はインスタで有名で列ができるほど人気です。稲村ヶ崎公園の夕映えや、ベランダからの眺めはここにしかない素晴らしい景色でした！オーナー様もAirbnbらしくハートフルで、敷地内にお住まいなので連絡が取り易く安心して滞在できました。

6人で滞在しましたが十分な広さがありゆっくりくつろげました。

Mayumi’s was so lovely to stay in for our short time in Odawara. We were travelling with our 8 month old baby and her place was so accommodating for him, especially all the toys.

超级适合四五个人一同入住！有两个分开的浴室和厕所，私密性很好！ 能够体验到古色古香的日式民宿真的是旅行中的一大亮点，房东先生人很好回复消息也很快，总之是十分美好的入住体验～🥰

お部屋はきれいで写真の通りでした。 滞在時は生憎の天気でしたが、海まで歩いてすぐの為、お天気が良ければ海辺を散歩するのに最高のロケーションと思います。 ホストとのコミュニケーションもスムーズで快適な滞在となりました。

各種軟硬件都很棒，最讓我感動的是入住的那幾天我咳嗽非常嚴重，小哥哥不但不嫌棄，還每天給我煮薑茶～ 得知我想嘗試一下納豆，還專門買回來給我做早餐，賓至如歸！這間民宿和鐮倉，共同組成了一段很美好的回憶！

Very beautiful house within walking distance to the beach. Large TV and massage chair was a nice touch. Host was responsive and met us onsite prior to check-in. Getting to the house can be a little trick as the parking is down a very narrow street. Had to use the key to unlock the gate to leave the property was kind of strange but not really a big deal. It was a good and relaxing stay.

それほど遠くないところに住んでいるのですが、施設では、景色を始め、新鮮な雰囲気を楽しむことが出来ました。立地が良いです。 施設は清潔で、いろいろなものが整理されていて、くつろぐことが出来ました。料理が好きなのですが、キッチンは清潔で、良い動線で、調理器具は使いやすいものが揃っており、ちょっとした調味料やコーヒーの粉やお茶なども用意されていて、すぐに料理に取り掛かれました。 近くに新しくホテルが開業予定ですが、三崎港含めて、周辺は、まだ古い雰囲気が残されており、今はとても良いときだと思っています。

先日はお世話になりました。 いただいたピザもとても美味しかったです！ とてもキレイな宿泊施設で大満足でした！ また近いうちにお邪魔させていただきます。 早く焚き火が出来るようになるのを期待しています。 ありがとうございました🙇‍♂️

御用邸の真横、海まで30秒という贅沢な立地の中で、潮風を感じながらとてもリラックスした旅が出来ました。愛犬もとっても嬉しそうにお散歩を楽しめました。歴史と伝統を感じるとっても広い家作りと、檜の香るジャグジー付きのお風呂で、最高にリフレッシュ！また、清潔に維持管理されていて、生活や料理の備品も揃っていますし、スーパーや駐車場も近く、快適に過ごせました。葉山・一色海岸を満喫したい方々にはとてもおすすめです！！

We loved this home! So peaceful, and we got glimpses of Mount Fuji right from the back yard. Would absolutely stay again, and was the perfect spot for our first trip to Japan. A great relaxing change of pace from Tokyo. Thank you!

In short it was a very satisfying experience. House and gardens are tastefully made. Cups and plates are carefully chosen. Equipments and amenities are of good quality. The space design harnesses the ocean view and presents it in a less noisy frame. In the same space opposite ocean you get a picturesque garden view. Strong natural elements meets man-made tranquility in one room. It’s hard to beat. Nobu San was making great effort to make sure we felt comfortable of him being the house master. He did everything, driving, ordering food, arranging meals, etc. The dinner we ordered was quite excellent as well. Thanks to the chef in collaboration. This might be the best small house along kamakura coast. We highly recommend it to others.
