Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Fügen

Lovely place, a good amount of space for 10 adults. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The furnishings are partly older (see pictures), but by no means broken or outdated. The bathroom on the 2nd floor has been completely renovated, for example. There is ample space for skis, snowboards and equipment. If the weather had been better, we would have liked to use the large terrace. The ski bus is a 3-minute walk, the Zillertalbahn about 5 minutes. The ski resorts “Hochzillertal,” “Mayrhofen” and “Zillertalarena” are easily accessible. The house has ample parking space.

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and exquisitely furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was predicted. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the lots of wood. From Großweil you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

also very helpful with many short-term changes and no problem to implement them. whether it's a spontaneous rebooking of the desired period, one more person and individual wishes for more "individual" sleepers than normal. I highly recommend the hostess!

We had a great stay here! The balcony had a gorgeous view and the area was very walkable with lots to do. We stayed as a family of four with a 13 year old and 11 year old. They loved renting e-bikes from a shop just down the street. Something to note is that there is a lot of noise (clanging, clattering, loud voices) from a nearby business starting between 6-7am each morning. However, is not within the control of the host, who was helpful and responsive.

The stay was just great! We immediately felt at home in the family atmosphere! The apartment was perfect for our needs. But the service and openness of the hosts was outstanding. There is also a large garden with chickens! 🐓

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was just too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. It was an all-round perfect stay. We spent 5 days in the apartment and we didn't miss anything. Very well equiped kitchen. Very nice bathroom. The whole apartment was super clean. A super uncomplicated contact with the hosts. Apartment is very quiet. Due to the fact that the apartment is located in the "basement," it remains well tempered even at high outside temperatures. Everything you need can be reached quickly on foot or by car. I highly recommend it.⛰️🥰

The apartment was clean and newly renovated, well equipped and you immediately felt comfortable. The host was totally nice and helpful, everything went smoothly. Even a welcome pack for dog and human! However, if you are looking for a really quiet stay, you should know that the apartment is located directly in the village on a thoroughfare and next to a hotel and there are several apartments in the house. Absolutely great for a central stay and starting point for hikes!

This was a perfect apartment, exactly as described, spotlessly clean and conveniently situated. The on site parking and the sunny outdoor space was particularly appreciated. It’s easy to get to Innsbruck, Achensee or further afield. We loved it and hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Lukas's! The apartment is not only stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail, but also perfectly equipped – we didn't miss anything. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view of the valley, really a highlight! Lukas was a great host: very warm, helpful and flexible. He immediately responded to our special requests because of our little daughter and spontaneously organized a crib and high chair for us. That was really great and not to be taken for granted. We can fully recommend the stay and will be happy to come back

I am very glad that I have select this apartment to stay in, during my vacation in Austria. It does looks like new and really, I felt that I am in my home. It really looks like the photos published and as described. The apartment modern, clean, tidy and well designed. It is equipped with all requirements. Moreover, the location is perfect for relaxing, and it is quite also it is so privet. Around and very closed to the apartment will find many shops and restaurant. No need to travel long distance to buy food and all things you might need. The exceptional thing is the host, they are very kindly and helpful, their support always available and they are ready to help at any time. The way they welcomed me is amazing. Their kindness is the best I ever seen. Eventually, I strongly recommend this host and their apartment for any guest.

Susanne's place in Murnau is very warm. In good weather, the view of the Alps is beautiful and the small terrace in front is very pleasant. We made the majority of walking trips between the studio and Murnau station, it is doable and the path is pleasant, but you have to like walking (about 30' to the center of Murnau and 40' to the train station). Close to the apartment, there is a lady who offers Thai massages. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

A truly excellent find. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable with amazing views and sunsets it is easy to understand why our hosts feel privileged to live there. Indeed our hosts were remarkably generous, kind and helpful and gave us great ideas on what to do. If we are lucky enough to return to the area we know where we would like to stay. The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the champagne to welcome and the sweets were very sweet. We would really have liked to have stayed longer - if we are drawn to Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

We had a fantastic stay in Vera's stylish loft apartment. With children, it was also great to be located right next to the Hungerburg cable car and the Alpine Zoo. The apartment is really very modern, very clean and offers a fantastic view of the mountains. Quietly located, but with a few bus stops to downtown. If you come by public transport, we recommend the bus line W, as the other 500 bus lines still mean a 15-minute walk uphill. Vera was a very helpful host with great tips and quick answers to our questions. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures or in the description, the communication with Emily was also uncomplicated. The amenities and service of this property are of exceptional quality – everything is just right here :)

Beautiful, quiet apartment in a great location. Communication with Alice was super pleasant and straightforward. The accommodation lacked nothing (on the contrary: many things of daily use are already available) and the view from the garden is breathtaking. Perfectly located for excursions in the area (Geister-/Leutaschklamm, Isar hike to Scharnitz, Lautersee... - all can be started directly from the accommodation). Public transport to Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Innsbruck is also within walking distance. I would be happy to come back.
