For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel silver region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. Fantastic views compensate for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel silver region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Ziller Valley.

Our house is surrounded by green meadows in summer & white snowfields in winter. Just the thing to switch off & relax! Ski resorts, hiking & cycling trails, swimming pools and much more in the immediate vicinity; the roads are accessible all year round and well cleared in winter! Spieljoch, Hochfügen & Hochzillertal ski resorts are minutes away.

Living in the garden - our 90 sqm apartment on the 1st floor offers all-round views of a beautiful landscape. The house is overlooking the idyllic Reither Lake in a colorful garden with many herbs and flowers. If you want to take a walk or hike, you can leave your car (own parking space) behind.
