My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles), Lost Maples state park, Frio river crossings, Leakey, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, Uvalde, three sisters bike roads. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.

A private hot tub is positioned outdoors, with a clear view of the rolling hills and expansive Texas landscape in the background. The scene is complemented by comfortable seating around a fire pit, enhancing the tranquil outdoor space.
