This was a great find! Would 100% recommend this location for future guests. They had little snacks in the cupboard and bottled water nice and cold in the fridge. Great communication from the hosts!

We enjoyed our stay! Easy drive to Alexandria, Georgetown, and all DC attractions. Home was comfortable and exactly as described.

Anne is very thorough when checking on a guest. She wants people to feel comfortable and makes sure they understand how to operate the appliances in the home. She has a garden and doesn't mind sharing the fresh herbs and berries in them. Initially, I was bummed about the strict check-out time (out by 8:00 am), but due to a delay in the cleaning service's ability to arrive to clean the place, I was able to check out at 11:00 am. She was responsive to questions or concerns I had. Her home is immaculate! She explained the cleaning/sterilization process, so this is a great place to stay for people who suffer from allergies. The neighborhood is quiet, and you are within walking distance of a few restaurants, a grocery store, and some shops.

I stayed in DC over 20 times in the past 20 years. I have to say Chris’s place was at the top of the list. I picked it because we were going to the Smithsonian zoo. Which was only a 8 minute walk to the Harvard walk in gate. The best restaurant within walking distance was ll Supremo Italian food. Very good for such a small place

The home is as advertised, cute little spot close to public transit. However, we didn’t feel completely safe going to/from metro, especially at night. Overall though, it worked for our needs.

Lena is a great host - she was very helpful with a last-minute travel issue. The apartment worked out well for us. Everything was modern, clean, and in great working condition. One thing that may matter to you - if you specifically want to be in or within walking distance of Old Town Alexandria, you're going to be about 15-20 minutes away by car. That said, the location is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, and a nice break from the DC area overall. Highly recommend.

Lucky for us, Uche's place was available for a last-minute stay. Pre-arrival instructions for access and parking were great. For this, along with friendly communication, I give Uche 10 stars! He has curated such a warm, welcoming space. We felt right at home! Arriving late, after 8-plus hours on the road, the comfy king-sized bed was a welcome retreat! But we took Uche's recommendations for dinner first and could not have been more pleased with our meal at TJ Stones, just a stone's throw away! After a peaceful sleep, we got bagels from the Chewish Deli, right around the corner for breakfast. Fantastic! We discovered that King Street and the waterfront, where all the action takes place, was less than a mile walk away! We took a boat cruise on the Potomac to see the monuments and went to Mia's for their charcuterie board, and Royal Restaurant, right near the condo, for dinner. Both exceptional! We only regret we couldn't stay longer!! But there will be a next time, for sure!

Mid-Century Modern made for a convenient, clean and comfortable stay in Old Town Alexandria. It's a short walk to the waterfront or the Metro with a wide range of restaurants and shops along the way. The unit has a cool 1950's decor and although we only stayed one night, there's plenty of space here to feel comfortable for an extended stay. Tessa was proactive with information and quick to respond. We took advantage of the off-street parking space that was offered for a reasonable fee. It was just a block away in a small lot, with a sign to reserve the spot.

We loved our family stay at the Saint Albans. The house fit all 13 of us comfortably, and it was in a great location. The kids (and adults) loved playing in the backyard. In addition to the stay being great and the house being well-stocked with everything we needed, the owner went above and beyond in assisting us with retrieving something that was left behind after checkout. Thanks Felicia! We would love to stay again.

I gave this 5 stars, and it deserves it. It's a full basement, nearly full kitchen in the bar area. It's decorated like a cool rec room. ( Looks like a fancy, high end "man cave" - low beautiful lighting, a brand new ping pong table, winsporting, beer and wine decorations) But look at the pictures. It's not " cozy". It's cool.

Cynthia's place is exactly as described and pictures represent it well. We were celebrating many occasions with four couples and the home was perfect for a large gathering. The owner communicated well. The location was great for accessing Olde Town Alexandria as well as Mt Vernon. Very enjoyable stay.

This place was great for our family and a quick hop on an Uber to all the DC attractions. The place was very clean and I loved the white noise machine in the bedroom. The host communicates very quickly and we’re great hosts. I would definitely stay here again. The house was stocked with everything we needed including the waters in the refrigerator. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our party of 5 enjoyed our overnight stay at Tanisha’s place. We felt at home. The house is even better in person. The home is Spacious and very clean. Location is minutes from the MGM, National Harbor, DC, Alexandria, shopping, eateries, the works. An easy 5 stars. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Marcus, we really appreciate you making us feel at home. It was very comfortable and relaxing, great location. Beds were comfortable, felt like home away from home, alot of room to entertain the family, even enjoyed the downstairs with the pool table.

I really enjoyed my stay! He’s super friendly and responded quick anytime I needed help finding something in the home. The house is so beautifully decorated very high tech as well which made me love it even more. You can dim the lights, there’s a control to put the curtains down, controls to move the tvs down as well, overall very modern, cute and was everything he described. 5 stars! I had absolutely no issues with this say whatsoever and I’ll definitely be booking again. I totally recommend for anyone who’s unsure, just book it it’s so worth it.

Exactly as advertised. Quiet and convenient.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at George’s place. The location was perfect, we weren’t far at all from the attractions we wanted to see. The unit was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. My favorite area was the patio and my friends enjoyed the shower with the jets after a long day of traveling. I would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone visiting DC.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Nice place to stay. Perfect location. Located in the heart of Old Town Alexandria with easy access to public transportation to downtown DC. I would stay there again.

My husband and I came for the Nationals vs Cubs series and the location couldn’t have been better! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Israel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made check in and check out smooth and hassle free! You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay!

Great space in a perfect location in Old Town. Starbucks on the same block, Trader Joe’s quick walk, close to King Street and the water. Place matched pictures and I would love to stay there again when I’m in the area.

Jamil & Rania, are easily the most responsive hosts we have experienced on AirBnb. They made everything from check in to check out so easy; got back within minutes on any questions or concerns. The pics do not do the apartment justice. The decor and layout is in such good classic taste, everything from the wonder sofa, bathroom fittings, Master bed is the most comfortable bed ever slept in and sheets, duvet and pillows are high quality. Going to see if we can buy that mattress:-) Kitchen is very well stocked in terms of dishware, pots and pans etc, Coffee maker and k cups an added bonus, Dis-washer super easy to use. Work desk as super addition for log in to check work emails - wi-fi excellent. Sofa amazing as is mirror and walk in closet. Give them 5 stars, definitely stay again; definitely recommend!
