There are good connections to public transport. Shopping and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, about 200 meters. Distance to Lake Constance is about 1.2 kilometers.

The cozily furnished cottage offers a garden with barbecue and outdoor dining area. There is a 140cm bed in the bedroom, and if needed, a 90 cm mattress can be placed on the floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. However, the main entrance leads through the basement or garage, which is also shown on the pictures. The second access leads through the shared garden.
