Atelier apartment at the foot of the Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 sqm, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg, or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, Markt u. Lutherhaus 10-15 Min., Wartburg: ca.35Min. (Waldweg), Bahnhof: ca.15 Min. Hiking: Right behind the house begins the forest and many hiking opportunities close by. I am more than happy to give tips and information material. The windows of the studio go to the yard, which partly greener serves as a parking space to the (large) part. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby downtown (about 6-10 minutes walking distance). The surrounding southern district is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and worth seeing alone because of its many Art Nouveau villas. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min ) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio ( non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people on a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m). Since there are always requests, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are at the guests' disposal. Sheets, towels and hair dryers are available. In addition, of course: washing utensils/tea towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests traveling by car have a private parking available right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on wednesdays, (arrival wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school-holidays. Note: except for the Thuringian school holidays and holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4-6pm on Wednesdays. If your stay is a Wednesday, you will get a delicious breakfast as a small reimbursement. Just let me know your desired day.

Beautiful idyllic cottage on 3000 sqm land A lot of hiking and bike trails offer all the possibilities. In addition, there are quite a few downhill ski slopes and cross-country skiing trails available in winter. The popular destinations Wasserkuppe and Milseburg can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. At 950 m, the water dome is the highest mountain in Hesse and offers an extensive range of leisure activities for the whole family (skiing, sailing and paragliding, summer toboggan run, climbing forest, etc.).

Charming apartment as an annex in a central location - it is a 5-minute walk to Wilhelmshöhe train station and the city center can also be reached quickly by tram. In addition, the apartment is within walking distance to the World Heritage Mountain Park (15 mins walk). The beautiful large garden can be used with pleasure - the annex has its own terrace. We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love them because of the heavenly tranquility, the little door in the woods and still only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram.
