This floor, with its own hallway area have the guests completely to themselves. An apartment where you can feel at home not only as a guest, but also at home. The kitchen & dining area with large 4 window roof to the southeast side and 2 dormer windows to the north side is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with ceramic hob, extractor, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of dishes and pots. The dining area includes a modern dining area with a large 1.80 dining table and plenty of seating. In addition, there is a lounge in the room – area with flair with a white couch, from which you can also make the chef - watch it very relaxed while eating. The approx. 26 m² kitchen and dining area forms the center of the apartment and is located between the living room and bedroom. In the adjacent living room about 20 m² with 2 floor-to-ceiling windows to the west side, a corner couch with numerous pillows invites you to a cozy evening. Here you can enjoy the sunset after a day of sunshine. With music or a TV movie (flat screen 37 inches or 90 cm) you can end the day. The bedroom about 14 m² with floor-to-ceiling window to the east side houses a modern white double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m , a drawer dresser and a wardrobe with mirror. The bathroom about 5 m² is equipped with a shower,tub, washbasin and toilet. In the hallway about 5 m² with 3 bright dormer windows is a shoe rack.

We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. Hole apartment in the beautiful Bismarckviertel

Located in the popular Bismarck neighborhood my beautiful old building is surrounded by fragrant linden trees. During the day, the street is busy, there are small shops, a florist, a bakery and the possibility to enjoy a coffee in the sun. You can park your car on the street, but parking spaces are limited and chargeable. You are welcome to book a underground car parking space for 10 euros per day, it’s just a few meters away from the apartment.

Quiet and cozy apartment in Augsburg

My place is in a quiet residential area in the Hammerschmiede. Augsburg city center (Rathausplatz) is about 4.5 km away and can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. A public bus connection is close by. The A8 motorway connection (Munich-Stuttgart) is only 2.6 km away. Many family-friendly activities are offered (zoo, Augsburg doll box, etc.). My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

Welcome to my simple, small, clean and very quiet apartment with pantry kitchen, shower room/toilet and south balcony. The apartment is located in the 2nd floor. You can reach it by stairs. The apartment is located in the hip Bismark district. From here you are in the city in a few minutes. Baker, supermarket, pizzeria, pub, hairdresser, SWA-car - sharing and much more just around the corner.
