The important hotspots such as the pedestrian zone, national museum or Lorenzkirche are also in walking distance. The subway stop can be reached in 4 minutes by foot in 4 minutes and Nuremberg Central Station in 13 minutes. The journey time to Nuremberg airport is 17 minutes by metro and to the exhibition center 12 minutes.

Newly refurbished premium top floor flat near the historic city centre of Hilpoltstein. It is close to parks, lakes, supermarkets, restaurants and dining. Only a short walk away from the world famous Challenge Roth triathlon. 20 minutes drive to Nuremberg. Our place is very cosy, it is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We offer a welcome pack to our guests, coffee, tea and biscuits. One-room vacation home "Rosenblüte" Hilpoltst.

The massive garden cottage is an independent small accommodation [approx. 19 sqm], close to nature in our garden behind our house, with toilet and sink for up to 3 people; no shower, no kitchen! Kettle, instant coffee and assorted teas available. Baby travel cot available on request. We also rent two guest rooms in the house. There is a guest bathroom available. Hilpoltstein is a small town near the Rothsee in the Franconian Lake District.
