This unique home is on a large half-acre lot in Old Town Clovis, which is close enough to walk to many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores, and local activities like Farmers Markets. It's just 15 minutes from the airport and is an excellent middle-ground location for visiting beautiful Yosemite and the amazing Sequoias. It's so lovely!

There is a view of meadows and guests are welcome to stroll the half-mile around and view the sheep, dogs and horses. Birdlife is abundant and nearby is Cat Haven ( featuring lions, snow leopards etc.). Yosemite is within reach for a day trip. We have a great coffee shop 2 minutes away! My College Home, is my guest house, in old Fig Garden, located in a peaceful garden like setting on a great property. I have updated it in 2024 and put in a new Air Conditioning/ heating unit. Easy access to Highway 41 with a 90 minute drive to the Yosemite Gate. For dining and entertainment we are near the Tower District and Fig Garden Village. It is a one bedroom non-smoking detached home which shares the backyard with the main house and our 2 labs. Pets will be considered for x-tra fees.

If you want a truly unique experience, my place makes you feel as though you are still in Yosemite after you have returned from your day.
