Vacation rentals with a patio in French Quarter - CBD

Shelby’s cottage was the perfect getaway for my 4 year anniversary with my boyfriend! The goal was to eat as much as we can, and have a cozy place to come back to, and that’s exactly what we did! Casey gave us a list of amazing local spots to try and the ones that we did try were so yummy and pretty close to the cottage! We took Lyfts to the French quarter which was super close, and just absolutely fell in love with the area and the cottage! Would absolutely love to come back again!

My stay with Preservation Green was awesome! Absolutely stellar location, 2 blocks from Magazine Street and less than a block from a phenomenal sandwich/cocktail joint. Kendra was AMAZING, so accommodating and welcoming. Super responsive. Overall, a great experience in the Garden District. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious, comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the weekend and felt right at home.

I had a great time staying at this cute little place on Algiers Point. It’s located a quick walk to the Ferry and the neighborhood is colorful and welcoming. Perfect place to lay your head when you want to go to New Orleans without staying directly in the city.

Beautifully remodeled historical place had a lot of character. Everything was very clean and functional. We did a load of laundry and the dryer was great. We slept well and it was cool. There was plenty of parking on the street. It was also convenient to get to downtown or the garden district via the streetcar which we used several times from St Charles Street during our stay. Overall good value for us.

Really loved this space. It was in a perfect location- very peaceful and quiet street. Near some really great restaurants. The bnb itself was perfect and had everything we needed, plus complimentary snacks. Felt lucky to stay in there!!

Brenna and Nick’s place was a great stay for our trip to NOLA. It was comfortable and very well equipped. The area was centrally located making it easy to get to everything. The beds were insanely comfortable which did make it hard to even want to get out of bed 🙂, overall I would highly recommend Brenna and Nick’s place! Thanks for having us!

I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to the area; everything was a 10/10. He provided snacks, makeup remover wipes, toothbrushes, mouthwash, and pods for washing clothes. He was very responsive, and the place was spotless, making it feel just like home.He even recommended places to go in the area.

The location is a little further away from the hustle and bustle of NOLA but in a safe and secure location. We had a great stay, very clean house plenty of amenities, cute decor, and a responsive host. It was a wonderful stay!

such a quaint house with lots of character. Enjoyed the location. easy walking to City Park and lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We enjoyed the privacy this little home gave us and all the amenities that were provided. Highly recommend!

We lucked out on what could have been a disaster! The original location had water problems and was cancelled a week before our trip. Rodney came to the rescue with an even better accommodation than we started with, closer to the live music on Frenchmen St. and the fine restaurants. The blue binder in the living room provided a wealth of ideas and practical suggestions, such as where the nearest food store was and how to get there. I definitely recommend the location AND accommodations!

Todd is just a great host. He was very responsive and proactive in communicating with us. We stayed at his place for 9 nights and during our stay, we had a little incident (no fault of the host), yet Todd went above and beyond to solve the issue for us and found a solution that worked for us. I would definitely stay in his place again. thank you again for your hospitality!

Was very clean, great plumbing, festive, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we were glad to have chosen this place to stay.

Great location! Love the neighborhood and how close it was to city park. Great restaurants nearby too. Great host!! Allowed us to drop our bags off before check-in. Loved hanging out on the patio in the evening as well. Private and pretty.

Beautiful home looks even better in person access of the condo was very easy..there is no parking but parking lots all around that's my only complaints but overall very lovely place and very safe. Walking distance to canal and bourbon street.

I attended an international meeting at the convention center. I had a great 1.1 mile walk which was interesting (and safe) no matter what route I took. Perfect 25 min exercise each way. The apartment was exactly what I hoped for.

My partner and I stayed here for our first trip to NOLA, it was incredible! The place was steps away from all of the “must sees” of New Orleans, and the loft was clean and quiet. (Other than the streetcar, but that didn’t bother us!) We will definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay at this place! Super easy to get in and out and it was great to have pool access. Brad was very helpful with instructions and recommendations.

The location is wonderful close to stores and restaurants. The decor and scenery is all New Orleans style. The inside is gorgeous. I loved it.
