I had a fantastic stay at the apartment in Santa Maria del Focallo. The hosts were absolutely lovely—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. They greeted us with ice cream, water, and even a bottle of champagne, which was such a warm and unexpected gesture. The apartment itself was very clean, well-maintained, and had a wonderful atmosphere that made us feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’d love to come back in the future!

Ottimo appartamento, location fuori dal centro che è tuttavia facilmente raggiungibile. La proprietà vive nei pressi e questo è garanzia di sicurezza e servizio in caso di necessità o urgenze. Perfetto.

We had a great week! It was amazing to look at the sea from the kitchen and to have breakfast with this view. We also loved that the beach was just some steps away and that we had the possibility to cool down in the pool as well. In the area there is one shop to do some small shopping but you need a car to get to a real supermarket. But there are many good restaurants that you can reach by foot. I would come back!

l'appartamento è molto grande e dotato di ogni attrezzatura necessaria anche oltre la descrizione fornita, le tre camere sono fornite di pale così come la cucina e il soggiorno mentre due camere hanno il condizionatore Ma l'appartamento è fresco se si tengono aperte le numerose finestre. chiaramente il valore aggiunto è la grande terrazza a picco sulla spiaggia da cui si vede un tramonto spettacoloso ed è fornita di lettini prendisole salotto in rattan e tavolo coperto per colazione pranzi e cene che vale la pena fare in casa. ottimo il bagno recentemente ristrutturato e la modernissima doccia.

Una camera incantevole che trasmette tranquillità e pace, le stesse che ritroverete tra le vie di Ragusa Ibla. Entrati in camera abbiamo percepito subito pulizia, cura e comodità e dopo poco tempo abbiamo avuto la conferma di essere nel posto giusto. Grazie Carla per la splendida e calorosa accoglienza, senza i tuoi consigli il nostro soggiorno non sarebbe stato così memorabile.

Piergiorgio, persona per bene ed accogliente, disponibile e da ottimi consigli per i dintorni da visitare e da gustare. Villa accogliente, rilassante e ben attrezzata da ogni confort e servizi. Zona piscina? nulla da eccepire. Consigliatisso

Wir waren sehr gut zufrieden während dem gesamten Aufenthalt. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und sehr freundlich ab. Eliana hat sich super im uns gekümmert. Die Wohnung ist super gestaltet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Strand ist super zu Fuß erreichbar und lädt zum verweilen ein. Am Strand kann man die italienische Atmosphäre genießen. Viele nette Restaurants und sehr leckeres Eis. Einen Supermarkt findet man auch in der Nähe. Ein Abstellplatz für das Auto ist auf dem Hof, dadurch fühlt man sich sicher. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement tout neuf et très bien équipé. Chiara est une super hôte, elle nous a accueilli chaleureusement et avec quelques surprises dans le frigo ! Elle nous a donné de bons conseils pour visiter et goûter la gastronomie de la région. Tout était parfait, réservez sans hésitation !

La casa decisamente merita se si è in gruppo…noi avevamo alla fine affittato tutte le camere e quindi avevamo casa con uso esclusivo…eravamo in 15 La casa è rifornitissima…c’e tutto quello che può servire, ampio spazio fuori ( i ragazzi hanno sempre giocato ascoltato musica all’esterno e noi adulti dalla parte opposta con musica e grigliate) Giovanni è gentile disponibile è sempre attento alle esigenze. Ci ha consigliato posti sia per mangiare che per andare al mare Unica pecca forse che intorno non c’è nulla e bisogna sempre prendere macchina ….ma poca cosa!!! Lo consiglio fortemente!!!

Georgio était toujours à l'écoute et dévoué pour nous. Très belle rencontre Maison agréable et très fonctionnelle pour 8 personnes. Jardin et piscine très appréciables.

Das Haus hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und Filippo war ein toller Gastgeber, der uns viele nützliche Tipps gegeben hat. Sehr empfehlenswert- jederzeit wieder. Ein großes Dankeschön an Filippo.

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung. Atemberaubende Dachterrasse mit einem sehr großen Whirlpool. Zum Strand sind es ca. 80 Meter zu Fuß. Schnelle Kommunikation auch bei Problemen in der Wohnung. Der Gastgeber kam direkt am nächsten Tag vorbei um zu helfen! Gut ausgestattete Küche, genug Handtücher und Bademäntel für den Whirlpool. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Nicita provided a really lovely comfortable stay for all three of us. The house was exceptionally clean and the kindness and thoughtfulness providing vegan food made it a very easy for the beginning for holiday. The location was quiet with a small amount of noise from traffic. It was perfectly located for accessing the older Ragusa Ibla. Thank you for our lovely holiday and your attention to our needs

Alloggiare nell’appartamento di Nicita e Donatella è come stare di casa a Ragusa. L’appartamento, che si trova in un vecchio palazzo, è stato completamente ristrutturato e offre un ambiente semplice ed accogliente ma con il gusto delle cose antiche. La cucina pur essendo piccola è molto graziosa e luminosa e ben attrezzata. La camera è molto spaziosa con un letto molto confortevole (materasso con topper) e il bagno ha una doccia spettacolare. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l’accoglienza di Nicita e Donatella che ci hanno fatto trovare al nostro arrivo dei dolci di pasticceria e che si sono date molto da fare per fornirci consigli utili al nostro soggiorno (purtroppo breve). Abbiamo potuto facilmente andare a piedi a Ragusa Ibla anche di sera (siamo buoni camminatori) e con la macchina abbiamo potuto raggiungere rapidamente città come Modica, Palazzolo Acreide, Ortigia e il bellissimo mare di una riserva naturale.

Soggiornare in questa casa è stata un'esperienza unica e meravigliosa. L'alloggio è semplicemente bellissimo, esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio, arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni comfort possibile. Le proprietarie sono state estremamente disponibili e gentili, sempre pronte ad aiutare e a rendere il nostro soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio! Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi un'oasi di tranquillità e comfort. Grazie mille per l'ospitalità!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful top-floor loft in Rossellini, a quiet little town on the southern coast of Sicily. The apartment was spotless, with a spacious bathroom and a calm, sunny terrace perfect for relaxing. Coffee was available, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared. A few lovely beaches are just a short drive away. All in all, a peaceful and very comfortable place to stay!
