The house is beautiful, very comfortable, the rooms have comfortable beds, air conditioning, everything is very organized and clean. Gema's service was wonderful, delicious cooking, with a very friendly and super helpful attitude. Liliana was in constant communication with us, giving us all the necessary information. Cauca Viejo is charming, a dream village. We had a very nice weekend, we will definitely come back.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, we had 5 children with us and they loved the pool, the surroundings and all the table games available for the guests. The staff was amazing, they would try to help out at all times and the food was delicious! Overall it all was great!

The most outstanding thing was the service. We were presented with several problems that are not worth mentioning, because the guest's attitude was always to solve them. In any case, the place is very quiet, the house is very nice, the jacuzzi and the Turkish bath are spectacular. We had a great time. Excellent plan for rest and contact with nature.

When visiting Cauca Viejo you will feel as if you are in the movie Encanto or in a fairytale. It is such a beautiful town! The house is charming and beautiful and we loved having a pool right in the house! We were also greeted by the hotel staff who helped us get organized and helped us with cooking and cleaning. Everyone was very friendly and responsive to our needs. Would definitely recommend!

a spectacular estate. A beautiful garden, plenty of space to explore and share as a family. Very comfortable rooms, good quality bedding ( cotton) and with fans each. Leydi and Fernando attended us with great care and affection. We're happy again!

Overall wonderful studio apartment in Sabaneta. It's a super convenient location. There was a bit of noise and the bed was slightly hard. Other than that had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to everything! The location is excellent! Federico and Alejandra were always very friendly, helpful and very attentive !!!! It's a very good place to stay, we would definitely come back!

Overall good value here. Good host who was responsive. Beds and pillows were reasonably comfortable from a Canadian perspective. The rocking chairs were uncomfortable and awkward. Internet was fine. Location is good enough. It's about a 15 minute walk to the city square. The kitchen was really well equipped. The bathrooms are very tight. If you are a taller or bigger person this will be difficult. I would recommend a stay here.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. Andres Felipe and Felbrania were especially helpful — they quickly smoothed out any small issues and made sure everything was resolved without hassle. The security and building staff were also excellent — always polite, professional, and clearly on top of their game. The apartment itself was situated on a high floor, offering a beautiful view and a comfortable space to relax. The location was very central, with easy access to public transportation and tourist activities — a big plus for anyone looking to explore the area. The only minor downside was that the pool was occasionally unavailable during peak hours due to maintenance. However, this didn’t significantly impact our stay. Overall, we had a positive experience and would definitely stay here again!

An excellent place, quiet and comfortable. If we went back to Medellin, I'd stay there.

Carolina was super attentive to us from before we arrived at the accommodation. She responds very quickly, and gives you detailed information. We found the facilities extremely comfortable, clean and useful. Sabaneta is a very nice place to relax and is close to Poblado and other similar areas. I would definitely stay at this same apartment again.

Good place, as seen in the photos, it is 3 blocks from the park and the sector is quiet and safe.
