The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, living-dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 min.University 15 min. Exhibition grounds approx. 7 min.

Eine Terasse mit Essplatz und Blick ins Grüne gehört dazu.

You will stay in a historic half-timbered house from 1717. The house is part of a listed farm, consisting of the advertised main building, stables, barn, garden, courtyard with large gate, as well as an annex also advertised as a vacation home. The farm is located in a small community in the beautiful Southern Palatinate - we are happy to accommodate you as our guests. Parties do not fit the ambiance and are therefore not desired.

The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.
