Beachfront vacation rentals in Fraser River

We had a great stay at Keven’s! Loved the waterfront view and it was easy to walk to down town restaurants.

Vivien’s place is a gem in Kelowna. Vivien and Paul are excellent hosts very friendly and easy to communicate with. The Location is close to downtown but on a very private street with the lake directly across the street. The views from the two decks are amazing. The inside was clean and well stocked for the stay. We enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Great house with comfortable beds and amenities. Our host was responsive, flexible and available as she lives on the bottom floor. We had privacy and a wonderful deck plus everything we needed. Loved the dock and time spent on the lake but it is, as described, a walk down steps but this seems typical of properties on the lake in the area. The layout includes 3 bedrooms with one bedroom having a large en-suite. The other 3 bedrooms had comfortable beds, AC, and the bathroom just off of the hallway.

Beautiful views in a great condo with a fantastic location. Everything was as advertised, and I also appreciated Lindsey's communication and responsiveness. The 2 br, 2 bath condo is was very comfortable for our group, and we walked to coffee, lunch, dinner, ice cream, and outdoor markets multiple times while there. We didn't tire of direct view of the lake including the beach and bridge right from the balcony. We would certainly stay there again if it were available. Thanks for hosting us Lindsey!

Beautiful location, quiet, had all the amenities we needed, very relaxing stay for our family of 6 & dog. I would definitely stay there again☺️

Beautiful home with all the necessary amenities for a few days stay. The view of Knox mountain is lovely and the neighborhood has several good restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

What a fabulous stay. We had absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing and cozy weekend in Tracy’s home. We will 100% be back!

This was a great place. 5 stars all around, although the location should have gotten 10 stars! It’s walking distance to the beach, the grocery store, cafes, restaurants, and even the liquor store. Street parking also wasn’t a problem. The apartment itself is well thought-out with a surprisingly well-stocked kitchen. We also appreciated the little details like new sponges in the kitchen, extra hooks for towels, availability of beach towels—all small things that really show that they know what they’re doing! We were a couple travelling with our adult daughter and although it was a little tight, it was expected as the pictures accurately represented the space. We really enjoyed our short stay here and wish it could have been longer.

We stayed here with little kids and it was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy for use to cook all of our meals in. We didn’t have the best weather, but still enjoyed the beach and hot tub. We hope to come back again. Thanks Andrew!

The on-site clubhouse includes a full range of pool and fitness facilities, adding to the overall experience. The host provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions, and the property was simple to locate. Highly recommended—this is a fantastic choice for your next wine country escape.

Amazing location and absolutely beautiful unit! We had a comfortable stay and the hosts were friendly, responsive and welcoming. Great views, a very spotless and clean unit! Would recommend and we hope to stay again! What a gem!

Condo was very clean and very well stocked. Beds were comfy with nice linens. Kids loved the bunk room. I was very impressed with the clear instructions given prior to check in and check out. Made everything extremely easy.

Absolutely loved our stay — we’re already talking about when we can come back! The resort community could not be more perfect for young kids. There’s a beautiful private beach on the lake with calm, shallow waters that made it ideal for our little ones. The pool was fantastic, and the wide, grassy areas gave the kids plenty of safe space to run around and play. The home itself was incredible, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches for young children, including beach gear, toys, and games for infants through to five-year-olds. It made traveling with kids so much easier and more enjoyable. Kelsey was super responsive and attentive. When we had trouble getting the barbecue to work, she immediately offered to send someone over to help. (We ended up getting it going ourselves, but her willingness to assist so quickly was really appreciated.) We had such a great experience and can’t wait to return again!

Had a good time. Fishing was ok

staying with Sherry was a pleasure. the location and the view were stunning. The home overlooks the lake so we could watch the eagles hunting for fish. The home was clean and cozy and well stocked. The only suggestions I have for improvement are screen doors to keep the bugs out and perhaps a keyless entry. Other than that, I highly recommend. our stay at Sherry's place was fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay at Brea’s place! The space is beautiful and the access to the water is ideal.

Comfortable, clean, well maintained, cozy, private, great location, great relaxing place felt like home

Our stay on the float home was a fun experience. Don and Sylvie were very responsive and wanted to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. It was an enjoyable experience in a great part of town! We would stay here again! The only note of feedback I would have is that you can feel that you are on the water (it is stated but not many commented on it). At night it calmed down and we did not feel it as much. Just something to think about if you are sensitive to motion.

Paul’s place was just right for us. We spent two nights there and had a great time. The studio is well appointed and cozy. We hiked kayaked and swam - it was a perfect little getaway. The town is close by with lots of food options. Certainly would recommend!

I stayed with my husband and two kids 6 & 8 years old. The property is amazingly serene and private. It was mostly cloudy and rainy but we still spent the entire stay boating and eating outside under the covered areas. Walking along the forested path to the lake we saw frogs and a garden snake; which was exciting for the kids. Also a great spot for bird watching; blue jays and owls and could hear many more species in the trees! The lake can be quite marshy/muddy but once you get the kayak and peddle boat past the marsh, Whonnock Lake is gorgeous; calm waters surrounded by trees. We didn’t spend too much time fishing but you can see the fish jumping everyday! The hosts welcomed our kids to play anywhere so they enjoyed the trampoline and playground on their private property too. The RV had everything we needed for a comfortable stay; great bedding, heating and hot water. We hope to be back!
