Condo vacation rentals in Franklin County

Eric was a great host, there was a little delay in check in instructions but we were still able to check in as soon as we arrived. His place is in a great neighborhood with nearby amenities within walking distance. We will definitely book with him again if/when we come back to Columbus.

Lovely little duplex right off Parsons Street in German Village. Very handy to have alley parking with a back door to the apartment right there. Everything is as described—simple, clean, and welcoming.

Unfortunately, we got to the place way later than expected so didn’t get to fully enjoy the house, however it was a beautiful place and the beds were very comfy! Loved that every room had a tv in it because most of my family needs noise to fall asleep. The stairs are really steep and were hard for my 70 yr old dad. Other than that everything was fine and Jared was very responsive and gave clear instructions.

Great stay. Neighborhood was perfect for walking around to High Street and other spots. Beds were comfy. Parking was so easy. Just be aware there is another Air BnB above… they were pretty loud (which we always expect) but their visitors kept knocking on our door and ringing the door bell late Saturday night… I reached out to our host and he responded right away and contacted the guests above which we appreciated. Aside from that, we would definitely stay again.

IDEAL for guests attending events at convention center as it is across the street. This beautiful loft apartment is a great value - very large space and walkable to great restaurants. Plenty of closet space and I particularly appreciated the host providing hangers, an iron and ironing board since this was a business trip for me. Would definitely recommend!

This was the perfect rental for my family getaway! We loved having the two separate units so my daughter could be up to her toddler antics on the lower level while the rest of the family had a more peaceful setting upstairs 😂 amazing location close to High St with all the restaurants and shopping you could want. The street was so peaceful and parking was a breeze. We will definitely stay again when we’re back in Columbus!

The location was perfect, especially convenient if you're visiting the Greater Columbus Convention Center. The area is highly walkable, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions just steps away. Nate was a fantastic host, offering great dining recommendations and graciously accommodating a late checkout.

Like other reviews have said, this place was very clean. We were there for a tournament at the convention center and it was very close driving distance. You could walk if you have extra time to spare. They had all of the things we needed and enough towels. The beds are pretty firm. Two people can comfortably lounge in the living room. There is a table with a bench that allows for more seating room. The driveway was a little hard to find the first time but we got there at night and it was raining. The neighborhood felt safe. The only thing I did not care for was what felt like a very strict list of rules. I was even nervous about letting 2 people stop over to pick us up to go to dinner. I have stayed at many Airbnb’s and this amount of strong communication of the rules was more than I have experienced. I understand it is probably difficult managing a rental right by a big university though. Overall, our experience was very positive and I would recommend staying here.

The upstairs apartment was charming, and Evan was attentive from start to finish. The location was fantastic, and was walkable to everything we needed. However, the back stairs to the apartment were a little tricky to navigate, especially in the rain when we arrived. I suggest taking your belongings in through the inside stairs. The apartment is dog-friendly. Overall, our family and dogs had a great weekend!

I really enjoyed Gurinder's Air BNB. It was very clean and very comfortable. I come to Ohio for my church's Holy Convocation and this is the best place that I ever stayed at. I hope that Gurinder's place is available next year.

John's place worked perfectly for us. We were able to walk to dinner and had a parking spot we could leave the car in.

Evan was a great, responsive host. The place was as advertised and was super comfortable. We loved how walkable the neighborhood is and how close we still were to Downtown.

Brad is a responsive and accommodating host. The Airbnb is in a bustling and walkable area with plenty to do. The space itself is very open and unlike any other Airbnb I’ve stayed. Due to the location, expect to hear a bit of street noise, but nothing unmanageable.

Comfortable bed, Hot shower, and cozy place with all things you need for your stay. It's the middle of everything college town. So many restaurants and Kroger (grocery store) is right across the street. Douglas offered a flexible check in, gave recommendations and even left treats for my service dog. We will stay here again!

Place is in a great location. It’s a very short, peaceful,and safe walk to great restaurants and bars on High St. The space is spacious, clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

We had a great stay at this condo. We will definitely book again the next time we are in Columbus Everything was exactly as it looked like in the photos, and our host were incredibly responsive questions. Very cute neighborhood with restaurants, nearby, good walking trails, and easy parking Also, a grocery store two blocks away.

Chris was an amazing host. The place was gorgeous. Me and my wife decide to go to Columbus after getting married and it was totally worth it. The parking was confusing but overall it was an amazing stay at this Airbnb. 5/5 stars. You guys are amazing!

Jared was very responsive, ready to answer any questions we had. The parking spot was convenient, but street parking was super easy regardless. The neighbor’s kids were a little loud the first night, but nothing we couldn’t fall asleep to. My guests and I agreed we enjoyed the place, would stay there again.

High was very responsive and accommodating. Place was perfect location for my time in Columbus.

The location was great. Eric sent instructions on how to find the unit and how to enter it. We had an issue and Eric responded quickly and came that day to fix the issue. The only negative comment is that the space could use a deep cleaning and one of the couches needs to be replaced. I did communicate that to Eric and he said thank you for the heads up so he is aware of this need. The beds were clean and comfortable. Eric responded to my messages quickly and provided information needed.

We had a great stay at Nancy’s place. The location was perfect for us and gave us easy access to the convention center as stated in the listing. It was clean and organized. Nancy was responsive to any questions we had. Others wrote that music from the restaurants kept them up. We didn’t hear it (and I’m a light sleeper). There was the expected traffic noises as you are located in a city but that was about it! Thanks, Nancy!

What a wonderful, cozy space near the Short North! We were in town for Sonic Festival 🎸 and John made it sooo easy to plan our weekend. Lots of restaurant options and cool boutiques a 5 minute walk away, and very accessible for ride shares. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Columbus!Thank you John! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
