Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Franconia

This place was perfect! The term cozy is an understatement. From the yard and throughout the home this place was so welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking needs. The bathroom was spotless and the heated floors were glorious. Best 3 nights sleep we have had on this road trip. my husband was ready to steal the mattress and linens. Our pups loved the large fenced in yard.

We enjoyed the house and the neighborhood . It was very clean and the neighborhood was peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. It worked out wonderful. We’re really glad that we picked this location for our stay in Springfield Virginia. The backyard. Was great for dogs. The fence worked out. I give the house nothing but good praises ! We had a wonderful weekend in this sweet cabin! From before check in, until check out Flora made the whole experience easy and comfortable. There are so many thoughtful details throughout this property. Super clean and beautiful inside, but we spent most of our time enjoying the incredible deck. Our favorite part was that we could still sit outside in comfy seats and watch a thunderstorm while covered! Close to lots, but far from it all. We can’t wait to come back!

Great house! Great location! It accommodated 6 adults comfortably and was close to Arlington cemetery and downtown DC. I would definitely book this house again!

Louise’s place was perfect for an active family of 3 - right by the W&OD trail, close to plenty of parks and other family-friendly activities, and easy access to the highway and metro. Everything was as described, clean, and ideal for a relaxed family vacation. We definitely plan on returning for future trips!

We just got back from Jackie's Place! The home was beautifully decorated and clean. It is private, but also close to the best that Alexandria has to offer! We loved walking to coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. We were there to visit colleges for my son and were surprised how close we were to DC and Georgetown. Having the parking spot was also great. We could just leave the car and walk everywhere. Thank you for a great stay!

This is a wonderful airbnb for a stay in Maryland or if you want a more comfortable place to stay while traveling to Washington D.C. like we did. The Airbnb is super clean and makes you feel just like home. Stacey is a wonderful and helpful host and we couldn’t recommend this airbnb more!

Good location to stay for Washington DC trip.

This place feels like home. A kitchen and a laundry room are all we need. The house is very spacious and has a great outdoor environment. This is a comfortable place. Gale responded to all questions promptly.

John was very attentive and willing to resolve any issues. He also gave us some recommendations when we asked, which was very helpful. We had a problem, and he was very understanding. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and has many amenities. If we returned to DC, we would definitely stay there again.

Dale’s Airbnb was perfectly appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Lots of special touches throughout the dwelling. A great outdoor space in the front of the house that is surrounded by a perfectly manicured garden area, along with a private patio off the back bedroom. Totally perfect areas to enjoy the many selections of coffees he’s kindly provided. The neighborhood is located close to lots of fun restaurants and is easy to navigate to all the DC monuments. The only regret we had was that we didn’t book for a longer stay.. We’re already looking forward to returning.. Oh, And by the way.. we loved linens so much I asked Dale for the “insider” tip on where he purchased them.. I’m hoping to have as great a nights sleep as I did at his place!!

It was my second time in the apartment. Very nice, spacious place, just as displayed. Communication is easy, Metro 7 min walk. I can only recommend.

Stayed here for two nights, Micheal was an impeccable host. The place was just as described, near to everything, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Rebecca’s place was much bigger than we expected and had everything we needed. So happy that our dogs were able to stay with us! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a path nearby that lead to a playground and area to walk our dogs. Will definitely stay again!

John and Adam were excellent hosts. There were very responsive to my questions and issues. I loved the grounds and very well stocked kitchen. I would gladly stay there again.

Trish’s place was very clean , cozy and spacious! She is a very polite host and we would certainly come back if visiting Bethesda again!

Heather is the most pleasant person, and the house is just amazing. It looks like you are in a art gallery. The house is very well located, you can walk to most of the touristic sites. If I ever go back to Washington, no doubt i am gonna stay there again.

My in laws and I had a great stay at Krystof's house. It was a great location for what we needed and we loved the grocery store down the street. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed the open concept kitchen. They were great hosts and when we had questions they were quick to respond and friendly. We will absolutely plan to stay again!

The place has great views on a nice end lot property; super natural light, high ceilings with comfortable beds! Highly recommended.

The communication was great! Such an easy check in and check out! Neighborhood was quiet and close to several amenities! It was comfy and even though we weren’t there all the time it felt like home. We would definitely stay there again!!

This home is so tastefully decorated and comfortable. Even though it's an older home with original wood on floors and stairs, the wall finishes looks fairly fresh and the kitchen is all upgraded with current amenities. I was pleasantly surprised that it had a large backyard with lawn furniture, grass and trees. The sun room was so comfortable for seating and playing cards, and the office had a nice futon-type bed that folded out for extra sleeping space. The primary bedroom, walk in closet, and bath are super large and beautiful. Lots of restaurants were within a mile of the house, including a Trader Joe's. The only drawback was car sounds at night from Washington Blvd but we got used to it. During our reservation process, Aman addressed my many questions quickly and fully, particularly in terms of what they had for my 1 year old grandson (toys, high chair, port a crib). During our stay, we also communicated easily a few times as questions came up.

I will forever be grateful for the amazing weekend my wife and I spent at the Dulles Executive Resort. It was love at first sight when we checked in after an overwhelmed 5 hours red eye flight. We needed a secluded place to rest and it was far better than what we had hoped for even beyond a stretch of our imagination. Beside being conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from IAD, the DER offers so many amenities..Our host welcoming attitude left no room for reproach. Thank you Alexise for helping us check in more than 12 hours in advance. Your overall warm introductory remarks and the fact that you went beyond normalcy in order to accommodate your guests made our week end....Your unwavering commitment to excellence and definite touch of "bon chic, bon genre" is without a doubt what makes DER a beauty to behold, a place of exquisite workmanship. Thank you so very much and let this be a stark reminder to hosts out there, that being good to people always comes with rewards. GT

Was a great stay overall, some little repairs needed around the house though. The outside porch doorknob was broken and also an almirah door in one of the rooms.
