The room is very comfortable, the bed is also very comfortable, the location is super great, close to the train station, coop supermarket, downstairs is the commercial street, the big terrace is perfect, I highly recommend it to everyone!Most importantly, smooth communication provided us with a lot of convenience!

The place matches the photos. Situated in a quiet place and Jürg gives you passes to use the tram, but it's a short walk to the city centre. The only two things I would say is that you do hear the tram when it passes by and that the shower temperature is finicky (sometimes gets too hot!)

We had a wonderful stay at this really nice and well-equipped apartment. Thanks to Theda and Marcus as very nice hosts, we lacked nothing. Together with the surroundings, the good wine, the magnificent view from the balcony and many beautiful experiences, this was an all-round perfect Airbnb experience for us.

Clean studio on arrival, in all respects in accordance with the description with its very shady balcony! In the old town, probably difficult to access for two elderly people, it is ideally located. So to nitpick maybe, I would put a classic coffee maker to make a big bowl of coffee before leaving on a hike but we had planned it.🌞 Accommodation to recommend without hesitation. This is an extremely charming and spacious apartment with stellar views of Lake Geneva. The location is perfect for exploring Lake Geneva and the surrounding towns. In terms of on-site facilities, it has one of the best stocked Kitchens you will find in an AirBnB. Highly recommend!

Very nice cottage that allows you to visit Beaune on foot and explore the area. The description is accurate to the amenities. We had a great time. Allan was responsive and flexible, thanks to him!

We stayed at Nicolas Airbnb for two nights as we were travelling from the North of England to Italy. We had an excellent stay - modern, spotlessly clean, excellent facilities, loads of space and a secure garden for our two dogs. We’re staying again in September on our journey back, would very happily stay for much longer.

What a wonderfull place and Jean-Marc and his wife are wonderfull people who will do anything to make your stay comfortable. The location is perfect for those who like to hike, swim or go for a citytrip, or for those who just like to experience and chill in the typical french environment. Beautifully furnished and functional studio, with outdoor space in a secure residence in the center of Duingt with direct access to the lake... really very nice!

Very good 48-hour stay. The accommodation is functional, super quiet. You need a car to get around, but the distances to the start of the walks are always around 10 to 15 minutes. Our dog was very happy with the large meadow under the apartment that borders the river to exercise. To be repeated!

Caledonia and her husband are lovely people and they helped me in many ways. Let me use their garden when friends came, gave me cherries from the tree and even gave me a lift by car twice without my having asked them for it. Outstanding people!

Great place to visit Lausanne and the neighbouring towns. 10 min walk to the station and 20 min by train to Lausanne station. Great appartement to stay with a baby/toddler! Anne provided all amenities for our little one to feel at home (including the bath). He especially loved the box of toys. Nice to be able to enjoy a small garden & terrasse. Anne has always been very responsive, despite our delayed arrival. And it is very convenient to have a host living not so far

We had a great one-night stay here! The place was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It would also be a comfortable option for a longer stay. The neighborhood seemed nice and quiet. Silvio also offered access to underground parking, which was very much appreciated.
