Great and relaxing location, close to local amenities. Perfect for small groups, Hillary was awesome to rent from.

Absolute blast! I would have a harder time finding parts about this property and my stay in general that I didn’t like. Checking in was extremely easy and once I did me and my party felt right at home. Perfect location, very remote and quiet so you don’t have to worry about possibly disturbing others nearby. The amenities were endless and it was impossible to not be having a good time all the time when you can take a dip in the pool/hot tub, use throwing axes, visiting the chickens,shooting hoops outside or using the garage and all of the mini games (ping pong, mini basketball, darts). There are endless spots to sleep in and the party barn was a great place to have conversations in. The garden was beautiful and a marvel to look at. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. They responded to my questions almost instantly and even offered suggestions on nearby food for the night. This is only the surface of the endless positive things I have to say about my experience. 10/10

This was a great house with tons of room and all the things we needed for our stay. We spent most of our time there on the back porch watching family swim. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed to make meals. Everything was very nice and we had a great stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at this historic home! Ruth was a great host and was easy to communicate with, even when I needed to message her late at night. The rooms were great and it was in a perfect location. We are looking forward to booking here again next year.

We had a very relaxing stay. Plenty of space to stretch out. Located within 10-15 min. of Keene State activities, the purpose of our trip. Bryan was a wonderful host. Very responsive. Instructions were clear, directions very helpful. Everything we needed!!

The pictures don’t do this house/surroundings justice. It’s absolutely stunning and the owners are thorough with everything you need and are so very nice. A lot of space in this home! The inside and outside area of the home is absolutely gorgeous! If you’re looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful home with a ton to offer, look no further as this is the spot. The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

I grew up on this lake on a cottage on North Shore Dr. It was really wonderful being back. This home is beautiful and easy to find. We did get notice, as I knew, that there would be very limited cell service so take down the info to get in prior to arrival. It was easy to find, well marked and we got in with no hassle. Danielle was very responsive and helpful for a few questions we had along the way. This home has all the things you'd need to make a great trip. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, and extras you might not think about, like smore's skewers! There is plenty of room for a family and would be ideal for families with children. Plenty of towels, toiletries, stocked shower, life jackets, water toys and even a ready to go fire pit if the weather/fire restrictions allow. It was so magical to be back. Despite some rain, we fully enjoyed our time. And we even saw the loon. This is truly my happy place! Thank you for sharing your home. We would definitely come back.

My husband and I with two kids spent a nice Father’s Day weekend in Don’s house. The house is so beautiful and it has everything you need. The view of lake is amazing. We were welcomed a bottle of wine when we arrived at midnight, that’s so impressive and thrilled. The temperature was dropped around 50 degree after rain and we did not prepare for it in June, we borrowed warm jackets in closet, Don is very thoughtful even drove over with more sweatshirts. Our family wore those warm jackets to outdoor music festival. We enjoyed every moment at the house , already planed another weekend when temperature is up and can swim in lake. Appreciate Dan’s hospitality and consideration.

Went to crotched mountain for the weekend with my friends the house had plenty of beds for all of us

We so enjoyed our stay at Michael and Ellie‘s in Goffstown! The historic home is clean, beautiful, well kept, comfortable, had beautiful views, and was stocked with all the supplies we could have needed. We were even greeted with fresh flowers in several places, snacks, and a lovely card and gift card to a local dairy! The beds are very comfortable and AC units in each bedroom and downstairs were appreciated during a heat wave. Five of us spent a weekend enjoying the farmhouse yard as well as the easy access to Manchester and surrounding towns. We would’ve been very happy to stay a few more nights if we had time. We will be back! Thank you so much for everything Michael and Ellie.

My family had a great time. The location was perfect for us. Private, but close to everything we needed. We spent a day in Boston, about a 90 minute drive. About the same to Portland Maine for a day. Manchester/Boston airport was only 20 minutes away. Highly recommend Tuscan Village in Salem, NH about 30 minutes away. Great shopping, dining, and entertainment venue.

The house itself is very private and lends itself to a great time with friends or family. I highly recommend this for anyone whom is looking. The beach is perfect for playing games with friends whether it be a game of toss, or corn hole. The quarry itself is relaxing and peaceful, definitely worth a quick paddle around at the minimum. The house was spacious, with areas to both gather as a large single group, but also there are places where those whom need it can recharge their social battery. 10/10 can recommend.

Lovely historic home in a super cute area. My only suggestion is that if you’re coming for snowboarding/winter activities, make you come prepared with food because a lot of nearby restaurants and markets shut down due to the weather. I have nothing bad to say about the house, neighborhood, or town, just something worth noting! Very close and convenient to Crotched Mtn.

We had a great stay! The house was well-appointed and comfortable. We especially loved the covered porch and beautiful view. It was a great home base for exploring the area, including several nearby hiking trails, Woodstock and Quechee (about a half hour away), and Brattleboro (less than an hour away). Ab was a fantastic host. He was proactive with communication and even checked in with us to make sure we had power after some strong thunderstorms that had moved through the area.

We were in town for my niece's high school graduation and wanted a place for a few family members to stay together. The house was in a nice neighborhood, quiet, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and we had no issues. The only thing I would note is that there are no bedrooms on the main level- either upstairs or downstairs- so if you have mobility impaired guests this could be an issue. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely beautiful location, the lake is about 20ft from the back deck. Quiet, peaceful and sleeping with the slider open allows you to hear the loons; if you've never fallen asleep to the sounds of loons, this is reason enough to book a stay.

You walk into Eric’s place and it feels like a home thoughtfully set up so that you can just walk in and be comfortable. It’s an “and, breathe” kind of relaxing, homey place. Eric was super responsive to any & all questions we had. We absolutely loved our time there and look forward to rebooking in the future!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Anna’s Airbnb. This property is amazing, clean, beautiful, and spacious. The host Anna is friendly, responsive and kind. Anna went above and beyond by leaving many foods and provisions in the kitchen. Due to the weather, Anna proactive offer us late check out a day before we leave.

Family of four stayed for a week while visiting family. As I think one other review may have said, the description is accurate however the space is much more roomy than the photos would have you believe. Two full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, incredible kitchen, comfortable beds and a serene location all made this location an incredible space but the small, thoughtful touches like hair towels, cotton rounds/swabs/balls in the main bath made our stay exceptional.

Liz and Pat’s house was perfect. We were visiting family in the area. The house was big enough for us with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home was nicely decorated, particularly the staircase with cute pictures. The inside of the house had original wood work. Overall it was a great stay.
