It is a house for 1 or up to 16 people. The house is very well located 100 meters away. You will find a supermarket that is open 24 hours a day. Also one block away you will find seafood restaurants and many businesses. The house is on the linear park. In 12 minutes you reach the golden zone and the pier. Apart from this you have a private pool just for you and your companions. The house is very easy to access. It has a garage with an electric gate for one car but outside there could be two other cars. A very safe area

Lovely newly renovated one bedroom house

Cada espacio es nuevo y agradable, buena iluminacion y ventilación, con cochera privada para carro pequeño. El departamento es completo para los huéspedes, cerca de super mercados y paradas de camiones 5 minutos caminando y 10 minutos camion o taxi de la playa o zona dorada. Everything in this lovely one bedroom house is completely new throughout. It also has a private grageas. It is a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and about a 10 minute bus or taxi ride to the beach and the Golden Zone.

NICE NEW HOUSE, WELL LOCATED

Nice new house, excellent location, it has everything you need to have a pleasant stay, whether for vacation or work, it is a good place to stay. Well located, close to squares and cinemas (Gran Plaza, Cinepolis) and (Soriana Hiper, Plaza Tutuli, Cinemex), an Oxxo on the corner, on the other a park and church, as well as places to eat and others such as car wash. You can walk to the Mazatlan pier in about 15 minutes, where you can walk or go to its beaches. Get to know it.

Beautiful villa 200 meters from the beach

The beach is a five-minute walk away, the area is very quiet and private with 24-hour surveillance. The house is super comfortable with three bedrooms and each with a full bathroom and smart TV. Up to 8 people can stay at no additional cost, although I do not have extra beds. It has WiFi, air conditioning throughout the house, the garden is beautiful, and the common area is great. It has a playground, swimming pool, fast soccer field and basketball court
