The stay was amazing, I felt at home and the place was excellent, very good location, very quiet and safe street to walk even at night, the sofa bed was very comfortable and the bed too, it fits 3 people in the environment easily, Seu José was great too and very helpful, made our check out a lot easier, my first time in Fortaleza and choosing this apartment only made the experience even better!!💗💗

The place was clean and well organized, it was a great cost benefit, the location is amazing, close to everything and the beach, the condominium structure is very good, laundry, grocery store, very nice receptionists ready to serve, all employees always available. The apartment has all the necessary items, even to make meals yourself, everything we need. Marcus promptly answered everything. As it is a rental property, it may happen that some things are not 100%, but just let Marcus know and he will resolve it quickly. Location, cleanliness, comfort, practicality, structure, space, everything is a 10. People nowadays want to rent a property that is cost-effective and requires 10-star hotel service, which requires consistency. This property is a good value for the money, practical and it has everything we need, it was 10 wonderful days in Fortaleza. Thank you!!

Great house! Complete! We went to 4 families with some children and babies, everyone enjoyed the spaces a lot! It was worth it! Careful and proactive housekeeper, always organizing and taking care of the place. Mr. Paulo answered whenever we need it. I recommend it and will be back soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated with great amenities. It’s perfect with kids, with the short walk to the swings/playground which you can see from the terrace.

Extremely spectacular house! The House matches exactly as in the listing, Mario made me completely comfortable in the house, and his caretaker, Mr. Milton, was always very helpful and proactive! The location is wonderful, close to supermarkets and restaurants, the police station is very close, giving an even greater sense of security for the days of the stay. I'll definitely be back soon. The house needs a little maintenance in the outdoor area, painting only. Note: Do not rent with the intention of throwing a party, it was my birthday and I put a band on at 6 p.m., only for the guests, even so, even within the hours allowed by national law, Porto das Dunas has a municipal law that any complaint about sound, takes the police to the door of the house, so it's better to avoid loud noise!!

We were very welcome, Host Douglas showed us the house and advised us on every situation and detail of the house, an excellent place for those who like park and home has everything to serve a large family. Fridge, brewery even has wood stove 🪵 congratulations. We'll be back for sure.

We had an amazing experience in this house! We had a mini 15th birthday celebration for a very special girl, and everything was perfect. The house is wonderful, very well equipped, had everything we needed and more — it exceeded all expectations! Everyone had fun and enjoyed every moment. The hostess, Cidelma, was extremely attentive, answered all our questions quickly and did everything to help us. The caretaker, Mr. Gilmar, was also very helpful and gave us all the necessary support during the stay. We only have to thank you! We would definitely go back and recommend with our eyes closed!

A 10-star experience in the apartment. Beautiful and cozy space. The building is close to everything, especially the fair, supermarket and bakery. Gil was super attentive and a partner. The stay was EXCELLENT, everything was impeccable, clean, and everything was as shown in the photos, I didn't find the surroundings dangerous as I saw in A few comments, I thought it was super quiet, great location, and also very safe, impeccable building too, the apartment just didn't have a broom but that wasn't a problem! Everything in excellent condition, I will definitely come back!!!

The stay at Felix and Larissa's apartment was great. Very well located apartment, airy, good structure, a wonderful view, lots of shops nearby (market, car rental, nearby bus stop, pharmacy and restaurants), close to the Meireles fair. The concierge is there 24 hours a day, with a guard. 20 minutes from the airport. Close to the Varjota neighborhood, bohemian/gastronomic area of the city. Felix was very helpful with the answers in the chat. We really enjoyed the stay and recommend it.
