Beautiful place, nicely decorated apartment, exactly like in the pictures. Super nice condominium with beach structure and a great pool for all ages. Jonatas was one of the best Airbnb hosts I've ever had, always available and friendly. The place is wonderful… a beautiful view of the beach that is almost always deserted. I highly recommend it.

Very good house, the accommodation matches the listing, very well equipped. There are two points (simple things) that can be improved: the lamps outside the house do not light up very well, in fact everything is very dark, including the barbecue area (We had to use the cell phone flashlight to make the barbecue); the second point is that the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not cooling well. These are simple things that can be solved with timely maintenance. That said, I do recommend the house. I intend to return.

In general, the listing is very good. It accommodated 7 adults + 1 child comfortably. Well equipped kitchen, but did not have air fryer. Condominium with good facilities, game room, playgrounds, tennis court and swimming pools for all ages. I was surprised by the good service and fair prices of the condominium restaurant. I believe that an improvement point would be to send the password to access the accommodation and check in details earlier, as we only received at 2:26 pm, and the check in would start at 3 pm, but everything went well at check in. Negative point was due to the cable TV that did not work, we contacted DM apartments tried to solve it, but in fact we were without tv until the end of the stay. But in general the stay was very good, there were clean bed and towels for everyone and clear instructions about the stay.

Beautiful, well decorated and extremely comfortable apartment, accommodated our group perfectly. Quiet condominium with lots of family-friendly activities. We will return more often for sure. Gervasio's attention and promptness left us at home as if we were at home.

I recommend it. The location is great, standing in the sand and next to a restaurant (waiters left orders directly at the house). Casa Grande (we rent it exactly for this reason… it is difficult to find a house with 7 air-conditioned rooms) and, although it is a little old, it is well cared for and leaves nothing to be desired. Extremely helpful host, responds quickly and requests. The Employees who were appointed by the same were also excellent. Home with security at night.

It was me and 4 other people and we were perfectly accommodated. Ana Sylvia was very receptive, respectful and cordial, we even received a treat. We stayed from Friday to Tuesday and all our requests were met. The building is safe, with a guarded entrance, and very quiet, and everyone who works in the building is very kind. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen is well-equipped, very ventilated and comfortable. The only mishap we encountered was the delivery resistance of some places due to the location, but unjustified, as it is a very quiet place. Tip: bring a lighter or match, it was the only thing we missed and forgot to bring.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, I went with a class of 12 people and no one had anything to complain about! Exceptional location and a very fair price. The condominium is extremely beautiful and safe, and the host also provided all support with mastery and always responding quickly! Indico a lot and I intend to stay here again.

Wonderful and impeccable space. The house was very well equipped with everything I could need, forks, cutlery, pots... the pool was always clean and super cozy. The host was always available and responded quickly. The questions I had. We spent an excellent weekend. And I've even recommended the place to some friends, because they all loved it.

Excellent location on Praia do Futuro, a few meters from the beach and overlooking the sea. The apartment is spacious and has 4 en-suites.

The house is wonderful, just as it is in the photos. Perfect cleanliness, very organized and beautiful, inside and out, and has everything you need, in addition to being quite spacious for those who need to park more than one car. The location is great, easy access and super quiet Lucas is an excellent host, very helpful, always ready to help, attentive and flexible. He paid attention to everything we needed and was still very kind to our needs. I highly recommend it!

Great accommodation, everything very organized, clean, new, lots of kitchen utensils and Great location of the house. Sabrina helped us a lot, super attentive and kind. The only negative point was that when we turned on the shower in the downstairs bathroom on the hottest setting, the power in the house would go out. By adjusting the temperature we solved the problem. Other than that, highly recommend!

Everything was quiet, the apartment had undergone a renovation, so we had a good post-renovation stay, we had a little problem with an air conditioning unit in one of the rooms, but the host did everything to solve it as soon as possible and it was resolved🙌🏻, we were well received by her, who made us feel at ease and was always willing to help us and guide us on something we needed. Complete and clean apartment, bed sheets all clean and smelling good.
