Great location, comfortable apartment, various amenities. Spacious and beautifully ventilated apartment. Livia is helpful and responds quickly. We definitely recommend it!

We really enjoyed the stay, the host was very proactive at check-in. The location is very good, close to markets, shopping malls and beaches. There were 4 of us and the accommodations met our needs very well. Especially the kitchen, which had everything that was needed. Super recommend and will come back more often!

The stay was great, even before the reservation. Ronald was super flexible with check-in and check-out, responded promptly when requested and is super polite. The accommodation is as shown in the photos, the fact that it has a private pool is wonderful, the rooms are cozy and the beds comfortable, full kitchen, we didn't want for anything. The location is great, close to several restaurants, fast food, shops... A single point of observation is the fact that there is no parking in the building, we rented a car and were a little apprehensive to leave it on the street, but the place to park is right in front of the building and has 24-hour military police in the square, it was quiet, but if there was a vacancy inside the building, we would be more relaxed. Anyway, I highly recommend Ronald's accommodation. Our vacation was amazing there.

The stay was great, a very good place for more people, well-equipped kitchen, tidy and beautiful house. The nearby market, restaurant, bakery and pharmacy helped a lot. I highly recommend it if you need a space for more people, I would certainly come back.

One of the best accommodations that my family and I have had. Very well maintained apartment, clean and with utensils and equipment in great condition. It is two blocks from Iracema Beach. And Mrs. Fatima (host) is pure kindness. I recommend it!

I loved the trip, apartment in a great location, close to supermarket, pharmacy, beach. The apartment was very cozy, as shown in the photos, very clean, smelling good, organized, I really loved it.

The apartment is wonderful and cozy, very close to the beach and other establishments (supermarkets and bakery). Itala is very attentive and understanding, I felt at home. I intend to come back again.

Our stay was peaceful, as we only went to the place to sleep. We were on a schedule that took all day. The experience was great, from the communication with the host, the reception of the doormen, always friendly and attentive, to the fact of the public spaces inside the condominium. We will definitely return there at another time.

Bedroom and bathroom are exactly like the pictures. Cleaning of the place is impeccable. Hosting and extremely friendly and welcoming hosts, you feel right at home. Good bed, excellent and clean air conditioning. Internet (Wi-Fi) works perfectly. The TV, with a little patience (laughs), works well too. I am a client, I prefer the larger room (mainly because of its parking that is more practical), but I recommend lodging with Dona Rozângila without any reservations in both rooms. She is very attentive to absolutely everything and always flexible with my checkouts. I will definitely return.

Thoughtful, helpful, welcoming hosts. We weren't just greeted, we were welcomed. I've been to other accommodations, but in this one, I didn't feel “just one guest.” The house was clean and was lovingly arranged to receive us: available towels and sheets, bedding, pillows, fan; bathroom with toilet paper and disinfectant; kitchen with coffee maker, blender, stove, refrigerator, cutlery, glasses, cups, 3 pots and as a kindness, we were provided with water for own consumption and a coffee. Luckily, Mrs. Madu's neighbor (as she likes to be called) works as a taxi driver and was always on hand to take us to the tours, at a fair price.

It was impeccable, I thank my friend Washington for all the care, promptness and concern for our stay, I had an excellent rapport with him, he waited for me to arrive late at night to welcome me, the house was totally tidy, everything was new!! It was really cool 👏🏻👏🏻

My stay at Luciana and Renan's apartment was amazing. They were kind enough to recommend things to do and always very attentive to answer any questions. I didn't have any problems. The apartment is large and comfortably accommodates 5 people, the location is excellent, close to everything, at most 15 minutes from anywhere I needed to go. I felt at home, so much so that I've already made another reservation for the end of the month. Excellent! From the first contact, Angela always responded promptly with great speed, kindness and cordiality. The studio is very comfortable, well located and with a beautiful view. We loved it!

The apartment met all our needs and is next to a small market, in addition to being 1 block from the beach and tents. In addition, the owner Teresa was the most attentive host I have ever stayed with, always asking if everything was okay and giving us tips.

Wonderful flat, accommodates a couple perfectly, with all the utensils, easy location, close to pharmacy and 1 block from the beach. The building is very residential, concierge very attentive. Although small, the flat accommodated us and our large dogs well…. Dona Fausta and Rochelle were very nice to us. I highly ❤️ recommend it and will bring my family to stay here

Very good apartment, very well located, very clean and well equipped. We only had a problem with water distribution during the stay, but the host was able to resolve the issue.
