Crystal is an excellent host! The house is fully stocked with everything that you need including umbrellas, Metro cards, grocery bags and more! The location is perfect very close to the Roost and walking distance to many restaurants at Navy yard. Love this place and will stay again!

Linda and Jay seemingly were put on this earth to be incredible hosts. Their hospitality is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced and only added value to this already cozy and comfortable home. They have a ton of recommendations for the area and decades of personal experience in this region. I look forward to future opportunities for our paths to cross!

This is a gem you don’t want to miss if you are going to sightsee in DC! An easy 20 minute walk to the metro train station that will put you right by the museums, airports, restaurants, etc. Super clean and cozy place and a friendly host! She even had umbrellas for us, which came in handy for an unexpected rain storm. This was the perfect place for us to rest and recharge!

Everything was great. Love the fact that it was only a 10min drive to the pool where my water polo tournament was held. I got lucky almost every night with parking, which was in front. One day I had to park around the corner but it wasn’t a far walk at all. They gave me places to eat and drink which worked out when I met an HS friend. Communication was great. Every other day or so they would check on me to see if I needed something, not in person but through messages. Which was great. Tv was loaded with apps, all you needed was you sign in info. Will totally rent from them again.

The place was amazing, me and my girlfriend stayed for a week and loved every moment of it. The place was quiet and felt like our own apartment throughout the entire stay. The drive to dc was longer than expected (30-40 minutes) but that comes with city traffic of course. Over all an amazing stay and would 100% recommend if you are ok with paying for parking in dc.

Terrific, clean, comfortable apartment for a short weekend stay. Melissa couldn't have been more accommodating and communcative, and I could tell she takes great pride both in keeping the unit pristine and making her guests feel welcomed and at home.

A great unit in a great location. Lisa was a very thoughtful and communicative host, was wonderful to talk to and gave some great tips for nearby places to check out. The suite was lovely - great decor and excellent ammenities. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We needed a place to stay while visiting our son and daughter-in-law who live in Chesapeake Beach. Her place was exactly as described and check in was smooth and well explained. It was clean, well stocked and the most important to us quite. We will definitely stay there again when we visit our son and daughter-in-law. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Edward was one of the most proactive, responsive AirBnB stays that we've ever had. Clear instructions via text beforehand and during check out, nicely detailed book with recommendations and details about the stay in a binder inside, pristine place with everything we needed in the kitchen, and even a fun dog that made our trip even more memorable. We lucked out finding this space available and would love to come again.

Emily and Stephen were great hosts. We were visiting for a friend's wedding, and needed a base station. The space was clean, comfortable and well-designed. We forgot a few things at home—as guests go, you might say we were on the needier side—and Emily and Stephen came through in a big way. This AirBnB was enjoyed by my parents while visiting from out of town for a high school graduation. They slept great here and were pleasantly surprised by the nice atmosphere of this basement unit. They particularly appreciated the king size bed, cleanliness and comfortable set up. They were concerned about parking, but easily found parking close by and did not have to worry about being ticketed or having a pass (which is needed in other areas in the neighborhood just a few blocks closer to the metro). Our only critique was that there wasn’t a railing at the start of the steps down to the unit. This made it a bit challenging for less steady guests, particularly after a long day, when returning at night.

My stay here was great and comfortable. Yohanes was extremely accommodating. The upstairs unit shared hvac w. Basement unit and the guest didn’t like that I had it toasty so Yohanes brought by a space heater to keep both places comfortable. Parking was good too & he made sure we had a permit.

We had a fantastic 2-night girls getaway, this location could not have been more perfect. The beds are so comfortable, the bathroom is like being at a spa, especially the shower. We spent so much time at the pool, either under the pergola or in the water. If you’re looking for a quiet and private location, that’s 10 minutes away from a ton of things I highly recommend this place! Owners live on site and are super responsive, and really friendly.

Evan’s’ place was great. It was close enough to the UMD Campus while being close to restaurants and such. We enjoyed the deck and the space.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Jacob's place. The apartment is comfortable, clean and roomy. Although we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen seemed well stocked and was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and there's a nice walking trail very nearby. Jacob is very nice and came and greeted us as soon as we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

absolutely loved the space! hopefully i can't check in here again soon. The garden was so beautiful, the whole living space was nice, had everything needed for 2 people & the area was quiet. i loved that we could walk to the 7/11 whenever. it was perfect

Michele and Matt were wonderful hosts and the location and stay were absolutely lovely! It is a perfect get away from the city and an easy drive to Solomon’s for restaurants. Highly recommend and we hope to be back :)

Graham was a fantastic host. Extremely responsive and expectations/instructions very clearly laid out. Place was extremely clean and location was incredible. Easy to get to Union Station, Stanton Park, The Capital, Eastern Market and H St Streetcar which can easily get you to places like the Queen Vic. Im shocked this place isn’t more expensive per night - bed was comfortable, AC worked perfectly, no smell, and didn’t feel like you were in an English basement. 10/10 highly recommend staying at this location, probably best place Ive stayed at.

can't say enough great things! the place is beautiful and Cobun has thought of everything from a fully stocked kitchen down to the simplest toiletries you may have forgotten. Cobun has created a cozy atmosphere that easily becomes your home away from home.

Bob was an EXTRAORDINARY host! He was kind, great with communication, and provided extra amenities for us… which was much appreciated. He cared for our safety and while being, while also maintaining boundaries. I would 100% recommend Bob’s AirBnb and will be returning!
