Vacation rentals with beach access in Fort Bragg

What a fantastic stay! We’ve been visiting Mendocino for years and can’t believe it took us so long to find Mary’s place. Superb location…super spacious and well equipped. Views couldn’t be any better and so convenient to the local shops and restaurants. Hope to stay there again.

Lovely base for exploring Mendocino. Very comfortable and quiet with modern bathroom. Easy walk to Caspar beach and short drives to Mendocino, Fort Bragg and several state parks. Kerry very communicative. Main limitation is the lack of a kitchen sink but we made it work!

Easy check in and spotless! My son and I had a great stay! It was super close to restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend!

We had a peaceful, lovely time at this wonderful apartment. Nestled in between two rentals—a cottage on one side and a house on the other—it is quaint and welcoming. The space is better than the pictures; the kitchen in particular has a larger, medium-sized refrigerator (as opposed to the dorm-like fridge in the pic) and a full electric stove/oven. The space is artfully decorated. I was delightfully surprised to see that, from the bedroom window, I had a view of the gorgeous garden behind the house next door. The colors of its flora reminded me of Monet’s garden at Giverny. And from the balcony, there is a great view of the ocean. Across the street is a path to coastal bluffs, and down the street there’s a cool restaurant with yummy, gourmet eats. The only downside was that the bed was firmer than we like, but it didn’t detract from our stay. We enjoyed being in Caspar because it is not touristy, like Mendocino. We will come again.

Wonderful spot right on the lake. Next door to a free boat ramp. 4 minute drive to a bunch of restaurants and parks. Also the inside was all newly remodeled, very modern kitchen and bathroom. Will likely be coming back.

My wife and I enjoyed an absolutely delightful 4-night visit. Perfect place for a quiet, peaceful home base from which to enjoy all that the Russian River area has to offer. Kathy and Mike are very thoughtful and generous hosts. Their care and attention to detail to ensure their guests have everything they need to have as comfortable and enjoyable a stay as possible was evident throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

Kerry’s place was absolutely wonderful! The outdoor garden is stunning, and we often spotted deer just outside. The location couldn’t be better—it’s just a short drive to Mendocino, which was incredibly convenient for us. There’s also a beautiful beach nearby, and the views of the Caspar Headlands are truly breathtaking. Highly recommended!

Our second stay, and just as wonderful as last time. The views are unbeatable, and the ability to walk to the lodge is an amazing benefit (I loved being able to grab a coffee there in the morning, or knowing I could have a few drinks and walk home!). Beds were comfy. To note, the blinds in the rooms aren’t blackout so the mornings are bright — but ideally you’re up then anyways to enjoy the gorgeous views!

We will have to come back here. One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed out. Wonderful home, feels like a warm castle & beautiful walkable surroundings with ocean views.

The place is fabulous so clean with beautiful views everywhere. We didn’t want to leave. Lisa is an amazing hostess and wonderful person. I will definitely go again.

An absolutely beautiful home to visit!! Close enough to where you can drive to Mendocino or Fort Bragg for dinner but not be right in town. Beautiful sun room and deck. Everything was so homey feeling.

We had a wonderful time at your house! It is super pretty, comfortable and the windows and views were the best! Soooo nice! We also loved all your books :) One of us was on a working trip, rather than a hiking trip, and your lovely home helped make staying behind the best that could be! It is the second time that I have been to this house. As beautiful and peaceful as the first time. It was an awesome 4 days with hiking, walking and just R&R. Can’t wait to come back.

Wow, what a gorgeous space. We loved waking up to the towering redwoods and morning sun and stargazing at night. Six of us + a dog slept comfortably and Kira was nice enough to provide some extra bedding for us. The location is A+ with all of Philo/Boonville and the coast to explore. We will be back!

This home bears the heart of artistry. This is my third week long stay at Seaglass, and each time I’m renewed with a new sense of wonder. I’ve been asking myself, ‘Why do I love this home so much?’ The answer came the morning of our second day. This home bears the heart of its hosts. It’s a masterful expression of the heart of an artist. You see brilliant artistry in every detail of this home. It’s magnificent. Not to mention the enchanting treehouse feel, with its wondrous symphony of birds chirping all around, set to the gentle roar of the ocean beckoning through the trees, beyond the roof topped slope down to its edge. Seaglass is pure paradise, a place of respite from a world that sometimes loses its heart and ability to welcome you in.
