Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Forney

This is a great place to stay near Dallas but outside the city. We sometimes parked at a nearby rail station and took the trains into the city, which were never crowded and avoided driving in city traffic. This is a working class residential neighborhood. Lots of cars parked at houses, but still a very quiet area.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Listing was exactly as described, communication was great, and everything that we needed was provided! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about our stay! Leah was very welcoming and attentive to us. We were able to travel with our fur babies and that’s what we loved even more. Definitely recommend staying with Leah if you’re in town. I know that I’ll definitely be going back!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house very well stocked with starter essentials. The home was big and spacious and great kitchen as advertised. We also enjoyed kayaking, fishing and swimming in the pond. Also took advantage of the backyard hot tub, while also enjoying the backyard seating area. Beautiful home and property! Hosts were communicative and friendly. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils I needed to cook for 5 people. My dog loved the yard and my family had a fun time on the lake. Caught a ton of catfish off the dock. We will likely be coming back again sometime!

This home was a gem! We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Asif was super communicative and his instructions were very clear and very easy to follow. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves there over the weekend. We will 100% be back for future visits.

What a great stay! I came for 1.5 weeks for work and the apartment was very close to my work and the location is very peaceful. The place was so nice and comfortable and was one of the best stocked airbnbs that I’ve stayed at and has everything you need for a great stay! The bed and couch are both very comfy too! Joseph was very communicative and helpful also. I would book this place again if it became available in these next few months of working in Dallas.

I have no complaints everything was great I had a hard time finding the building at first I would advised giving the building number and apt number so it will be easier to find however the Host let me FaceTime her and she guided me there! The apartment was spacious and clean and we even visited the pool.

Olivia's apartment was perfect for my stay while visiting my son and his gf. Because they were at work during the day I had a lot of time on my hands. Location was great -- although I am not a big shopper, having stores within walking distance gave me something to do during the day and having a Target nearby was great for picking up groceries or any miscellaneous things I might need. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Comfy bed and pillows and nice towels in the bathroom. I spent a lot of time on the balcony and made use of the nice, clean gym. I also sat down by the pool a couple of times. Olivia's apartment fit my needs perfectly. And, Olivia was extremely responsive anytime I had a question. I would highly recommend!

Joy’s place came just as advertised and it was as comfy as you think it’d be. Everything was clean and Joy was really helpful with any questions that I had, and replied quickly. I would stay here again

The amenities were good, and the room was clean. Parking was convenient. On the downside, the neighbors were a bit noisy and I could often hear strange sounds. The apartment is close to the road, so the soundproofing isn’t great. Overall, it was a decent stay with good value for the price.

It’s perfectly placed for trips to Southlake or DFW airport, and the neighborhood is great for evening strolls. The apartment is stylish and well-equipped. The beds were super comfy, and the washer/dryer saved us from kid messes. Elizabeth’s thoughtful touches, made us feel so special. She’s a responsive, caring host who made our stay perfect. Trying to find a place for 16 people and stay with in budget was hard, then I found this Gem 35 min from my house. We all had a great time and had beautiful landscape to capture family photos. My grandkids got to visit the barn and see the horses. We heard peacocks at night and some of the horses came to the fence. The pool was amazing, nice out door kitchen with plenty of shade, ceiling fans and outdoor fireplace where we roasted marshmallows. Honestly I can’t say enough good about this place to fully describe it and do it justice. Last weekend was a dream come true and in the perfect environment. Terri and her husband are very nice and easy to work with and helpful. I highly recommend this place. I even asked her if she rented just her pool, since i live close.

He is an outstanding host. I was trying to get food ready for my son's graduation party. I had trouble getting the grill started and he sent someone over within an hour to help me out. Any questions i had he answered without hesitation. He is great with the communication

This lake house was such a great find! The place is really beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for. Super clean and everything was so well put together—it just felt easy and comfortable from the moment we walked in. The host was incredible—seriously lightning-fast with replies and super accommodating the whole time. You can tell they really care about making sure guests have a great experience. Loved how clean and organized everything was, and the vibe of the place made it perfect for a chill getaway. Would definitely come back and totally recommend it!
