Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Formello

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

I almost don’t want to rave too much about this place because I want it to be available when I book it again. It’s that amazing! Iacopo is probably the best and nicest host I’ve ever met. He’s a sincere and generous hearted person who also believes in A+ hospitality. This place is in the southern part of Trastevere but the transport system (SO easy to use) gets u into town so quickly. Rome is over-touristed these days but a place like this lets you get away from the hordes. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved this apartment! It's pleasant and stylishly furnished and was perfect for my husband and me to explore the area, which is walking distance to the Vatican and surrounded by the many shops, restaurants and gelaterie of Rome. Giorgio was communicative and informative and attentive to all our questions. Would definitely recommend!

The views are breathtaking. The area is perfectly walkable to almost all the big archeological sites and good food. The apartment was huge, the kitchen was perfect. The air conditioning units don’t really work effectively, it was hot without the windows open at night. There was someone playing live music and singing downstairs right outside the colosseum every night which we loved.

This was one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed in. Light and airy, spacious, super clean, and the building had great character. We were able to walk to the Collesseum and there was a metro just around the corner. Andrea was super friendly, responsive and made some great dining recommendations (we tried several of them - Trattoria Monti was a stand out!). There is a small toaster oven which was good for reheating leftover pizza and foccacia. Note there is no microwave. Washer/dryer was great for doing our clothes before moving to our next destination. Highly recommended- thank you Andrea and Luciana.

We loved our stay at Lio’s place! The apartment is exactly as pictured, highlighted by a big, beautiful kitchen and huge windows that let tons of natural light into the main sitting room. All rooms (sitting room and bedrooms) have shutters to make them dark for when you want to sleep. Beds are super comfy and the washer/dryer were so helpful keeping our kids’ clothes clean. The location is terrific - in a safe and walkable neighborhood. Easy access to get around all of Rome but particularly convenient to Vatican City. Most importantly, Lio is a wonderful host! Super responsive, greeted us on arrival, and even helped settle our luggage into the flat. Couldn’t imagine a kinder host :) We hope we’re lucky enough to stay with Lio again if we’re ever in Rome. If you have any doubts, don’t hesitate and book now! Thank you, Lio, for a wonderful stay!

This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! What can I say that hasn't been said by others about what a kind, fun and well-organized host Cristiana and her dynamic husband Raffaele are. Nothing but compliments to them both. As for the apartment (Dimora del Borgo) in Fiumicino, it is a beautiful, well-located and impeccably clean place. Cristiana was proactive and helped us organize our transfers from Rome Termini to the apartment and thenthe next morning from the apartment to the Fiumicino airport. Raffaele, who drove us, was punctual, funny, and very helpful. Cristiana also facilitated things by having everything we needed for a breakfast in the apartment so we could save time and be ready for pour departure. This included milk, jam, toast and a much appreciated Nespresso machine with frother. Great experience and would not hesitate in staying there again. Grazie Cristina et cari saluti a Raffaele!

La casa di Simonetta è molto accogliente, pulita e ordinata. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, dove comunque c’è un piccolo centro commerciale e la fermata dell’autobus. Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo Airbnb ☺️

Beautiful place in a lovely peaceful part of Rome. Amazing garden. Paolo and Claudio were great hosts too.

Daniela hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns direkt einige Tipps gegeben. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, dieses ist aber mit der Metro (ca. 15 Minuten Bahnfahrt) gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Bei warmen Temperaturen ist die Klimaanlage ein echter Pluspunkt. Für uns war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in Rom.

L'alloggio era davvero bello, sia all'esterno per la sua collocazione nella parte più antica di Trevignano Romano, sia all'interno con un arredamento molto accogliente e rispettoso del tipo di ambiente. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort promessi e l'Host Ambra è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Lo raccomando senz'altro

Calcata alleine ist die Reise wert. Das Spa von Christian ist eine Oase der Entspannung. Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen dort verbracht und waren trotz der Fotos wahnsinnig überrascht, wie schön diese Unterkunft ist. Wir können es absolut empfehlen.

This is great if you have your own transportation. I did not 😩. I rented a car for a couple of days and it was fine then, but the public transportation is unreliable in the secluded location. (no fault to Gianluca) We felt very welcomed and accommodated during our stay. Would highly recommend for those looking for a quiet place away from the city.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ronciglione liegt strategisch sehr günstig , die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt,ohne Autoverkehr, nachts sehr ruhig, morgens hört man nur das Vogelgezwitscher. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut modernisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fabulous stay in this beautiful apartment. Nice & close to the sites we wanted to see but far enough away that we didn’t feel it was overcrowded. Amazing bakery a few doors up ‘Molino’ & the best gelato across the road at ‘Terra’. Perfect location to stay at while visiting Rome. Very clean, quiet & comfortable. We felt right at home. Very easy to walk to all the sites. Giordano’s place was clean and very well appointed. Check in was a breeze! We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was not too far from the Colosseum, but the trip to the Vatican City was quite a far walk. I would suggest taking the metro line if you are going up that way. Overall, loved our stay!

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.
