Very nice place to stay, very clean and easy to find and everything was as they said they were and would definitely stay again.

I had a fantastic 3-night stay at this lovely place in Lancaster towards the end of May. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, from the comfortable bed to the well-stocked kitchen. It was a perfect base for exploring the city and the surrounding countryside. The location is quiet but still very convenient — just a short walk or drive from shops, restaurants, and some beautiful walks. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and they were really welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Lancaster and would happily stay again!

Amazing stay! Beautiful place, clean and modern with everything you could need. Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space, peaceful and quiet. The hot tub was perfect and already pre heated. Friendly hosts with just the right level of instructions. Thank you for having us!

Overall we had a great stay at the coach house, a group of us celebrated a birthday with a quiet weekend and it was perfect. The place was clean and peaceful, the surrounding area and views were lovely. The hosts’ were very responsive and helpful. The facilities were great and the location was easy to find. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing spot with a cosy feel, this will be great. There isn’t much near by but there are great locations within short driving distances.

My partner and I had the best couple of nights away at Ash Bank. Great location, with only a short and cheap uber ride into the centre. The house was perfect, interior was incredible and Vanessa provided all the added extra touches to make it so homey. The hot tub in the garden is bonus too! Vanessa is a PERFECT host, fantastic communication and super thoughtful leaving a card and bottles for our anniversary. We will definitely be coming back to stay and making it a regular thing!

We had the loveliest weekend at this cottage! Deborah was so lovely and hospitable, the place was spotless and perfect for a weekend get away with the hot tub! We had a great time and would 100% recommend! Came from Manchester on the train and was easy to travel to. Thanks so much for our stay!!

Had such a lovely stay here for the bank holiday weekend. Host was so kind and thoughtful, easily contactable and gave us a lovely welcome pack. Would absolutely recommend this property to others. Very peaceful and the wood fired hot tub was amazing! Snowdon within an easy drive under an hour, Llandudno, Colwyn bay etc. perfect location. Thank you Sarah for a wonderful stay we will definitely be returning!

Was a great little weekend away! A great location, the hot tub and pool was amazing, had sheep come over whilst swimming too which was a great highlight! There was actually more than listed for example towels were provided and an iron!

A lovely home from home right on the canal. Easy to get into the centre with the nearby park and ride. Close to Chester zoo and a Costa and lovely pub, just a short walk along the canal. What more could you need! Will definitely be back ❤️

Just back from a long weekend at Iain and Judy's lovely place. It's really cute and quirky, just what you want from an old cottage. We really appreciated all the nice touches that were included (tea and coffee, butter, croissants, jam and crumpets for breakfast, fans and heaters to keep us comfy, lots of throw pillows on the sofa etc) We got very lucky with the weather so were able to make use of the deck and garden (lovely and peaceful) as well as doing lots of walking with our dog Ruby. Judy was very kind even when Ruby started shouting at her through the fence! 10/10, we thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Gem of a cottage, perfect location for visiting the races. Did some shopping at Cheshire Oaks on the Sunday which was brilliant. 4 of us stayed at the cottage and was ample space and excellent amenities. Communication was great when we struggled with the lock box but Rachael responded immediately to assist. Will definitely be staying again!

I stayed here the night before my wedding with my bridal party and it was a really lovely cottage. Sadly the weather wasn’t great but the garden looked lovely and we would have spent some time outside had it not been raining. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless and very modern. The kitchen was well equipped although we would have benefitted from some milk for hot drinks. Luckily there was a post office 2 mins walk away so we were able to pick some up. The host also left me a little note and candle sending me well wishes before my big day which was a gorgeous touch. Would stay again if I was in the area!! Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay, reasonably priced, comfortable and homely. Julie went above and beyond to help us, answered my questions and made helpful suggestions. The Morris Dancer and the Royal Oak were excellent for food and nearby. Great location. Will book again when we come to the area x

Excellent location when visiting delightful Lytham. The accommodation had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was especially handy having the allocated parking space.

First time in Chester, celebrating my Dad’s 71st birthday and Rod’s Lovely home did not disappoint. Set in a quiet courtyard near by the River Dee & local restaurants, bars & shops. A perfect location. Rod was a fantastic host, always quick to respond to messages and very helpful with parking & places to eat. I highly recommend Rods place for a visit to Chester.

We had a very enjoyable stay and at Lorraine's recommendation spent time discovering Whalley. Very convenient for walks and the Co-op in Whalley was handy for food shopping. Plenty to do in the day and evenings. If no one wants to drive a convenient bus service too takes you in to Whalley. It was nice to have a house which had such a beautiful view from the garden.

A beautiful cottage in a peaceful countryside location. 20 minutes to Blackpool, just a little further to Lytham & St Anne's. Cottage was spotless, the beds very comfy as were the pillows. Gemma very friendly, gave advice regarding the local area. She even sent a message the night before we left that there was no rush to be out in the morning. The milk, beers and snacks were very much appreciated on our arrival. I would highly recommend this property!!!!

We had a lovely stay in Emma's place. The property was really clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the peace and quiet and hope to return again.

All as described great host and good quality accommodation we will happily use again when working in the area.

We come up from London for a christening. We needed a place to stay. When I come across Kate’s place. I fell in love. It was everything and more. I straight away felt at home the beds were so so comfortable. The place was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Absolutely worth every penny. And we most definitely will stay again hopefully in November 🤞🏼 Thank you Kate. 🙏🏻

Diane is an amazing host and this Airbnb is truly a gem. The location is beautiful, quiet and the views from the cottage our over the fields are amazing. The cottage is luxurious spacious and incredibly well equipped. The kitchen had everything we could want including a proper espresso machine. The local towns are good and have plenty of restaurants and shops, our host also shared several amazing local dog walks with us.

We (a family of 5) stayed in the Shippon (a lovely comfortable and clean cottage) for a week. The kids enjoyed the big garden with plenty of room to run about. Location is very quiet! Very friendly and kind hosts!

We were very pleased with our stay here. This is a compact but very efficiently laid out little building just right for a couple. Well screened from other nearby buildings. Clean and comfortable, with all essentials. The location is rural, and although close to transport links we found it very quiet. Martin is a friendly host who communicated all we needed to know before arrival.

What a beautiful cottage! It retains all the charm of its long history, while offering up-to-the-minute amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and pristine, with fresh white linens, and everything you need and more to begin your stay. Behind the house is a private garden and terrace, overlooking miles of fields and trees. We found peace and tranquillity here.
