Die Wohnung ist schön und groß. Auch den Balkon konnten wir gut nützen nachdem wir nach unserer Anfrage binnen weniger Minuten einen Tisch dafür bekommen haben. Mit dem eigenen Strand Abschnitt ist es echt toll mit dem baden vor Ort. Wir waren total happy.

We loved our stay here. Very thoughtful and accommodating host - this is the home she grew up in and her care for it and our stay was clear. The home has a family vibe and is in the middle of beautiful Emiglia-Romagna farmland. Our daughters especially enjoyed the patio chairs on the lawn and the cherry tree that was full of fruit. This was great value for money and Catia was very accommodating of our large group. We highly recommend!

Wir haben uns bei Chiara sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und süß eingerichtet. Viele Kleinigkeiten wie Toilettenpapier, Salz, Kaffee oder Waschmittel standen bereits zur Verfügung. Chiara hat immer recht zeitnah auf Nachrichten geantwortet und war immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. Neben der Beantwortung von Fragen schickte sie ebenfalls Empfehlungen von Aktivitäten in der Umgebung zu. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat im Juni ist tatsächlich eine Klimaanlage 😅 darauf hatten wir vorher nicht geachtet. Dadurch das es nur ein Zimmer ist kann man schlecht Durchzug erzeugen. Ansonsten ist die Gegend recht ruhig und man ist in 3 Gehminuten am Strand!

Eleonora war sehr hilfsbereit bei Rückfragen und ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie hat einen besonderen Charme und man merkt, dass viel Liebe reingesteckt wurde. Nochmals vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

è stato bellissimo soggiornare presso la casa di Paola, le foto non le rendono giustizia! spaziosa ed estremamente pulita, è stata l'ideale per la mia famiglia. Paola è una host eccellente, premurosa ma mai invadente ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile! altamente raccomandata!!

⸻ Appartamento confortevole e ben posizionato, a due passi dal centro. Il vero pezzo forte? Il garage di proprietà: parcheggi l’auto e te ne dimentichi! Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un piccolo imprevisto con la caldaia rotta proprio nella notte tra sabato e domenica, ma Cesare è stato super disponibile e presente, non ci ha mai lasciati soli. La sua gentilezza e prontezza ci hanno davvero colpiti: 5 stelle meritate per la sua vicinanza e attenzione. Dopo questa esperienza, ho ancora più voglia di affidarmi a lui in futuro!

Spędziliśmy tam cudowny urlop. Apartament wykończony i wyposażony na najwyższym poziomie. Gospodarz Robert bardzo miły i pomocny. Lokalizacja to rewelacja, spacerkiem w 5 minut jesteś na starówce gdzie można zjeść wyśmienite dania Włoskiej kuchni. Zaledwie 150 metrów od apartamentu parkowaliśmy samochód. Parking płatny 0,5€ od 8-18:30 w dni powszednie. Wspaniałe miejsce. Gdy znów odwiedzimy Ravennę napewno zatrzymamy się u Roberta

Em um momento que eu precisava muito encontrei o apartamento de Roberto, e foi maravilhoso para os dias em que eu precisava descansar. Roberto tambem é uma pessoa maravilhosa, gentil, me ajudou de muitas formas e sou muito grata. O apartamento é impecavel e ainda mais lindo do que parece nas fotos, extremamente limpo, confortavel, iluminado, com uma energia maravilhosa. Eu estou viajando a dois anos e ja fiquei em inumeros airbnbs pelo mundo e esse definitivamente foi o melhor que eu ja fiquei. Recomendo a todos!

Such a fantastic place to stay in Porto Corsini! It was walking distance from the cruise terminal, and was a nice and quiet place to relax. The beach is very close by with stores on the way. Super nice sand with wind surfing and fishing.

Esperienza decisamente positiva. L'appartamento corrisponde esattamente alle foto. Un piccolo gioiello. Tutto molto curato, dall'arredamento al corredo al terrazzino. Zona tranquilla, mare vicinissimo. Zona pedonale poco distante. Attilio persona disponibile e cordialissima.

Matteo è stato molto disponibile con noi. L appartamento è praticamente sul mare, vicinissimo a tante zone che avevamo in piano di visitare. Siamo stati benissimo!

Great place to stay, we needed to walk up to the 2nd floor with a stroller. But couldn’t be helped. The place was lovely, great outdoor balcony that gets lots of shade with a big tree. It was a really comfortable stay.

Sono stato ospite per quasi una settimana nell'alloggio e mi sono trovato benissimo. Host garbata e disponibile. L'appartamento è ben arredato con cucina e bagno forniti di tutto il necessario per rimanere qualche giorno, senza doversi adattare a quanto di solito (non) viene messo a disposizione dell'ospite. Consigliatissimo!

Accueil très chaleureux de la part d'Elmiro. Le logement était parfait et très propre, très bien équipé et confortable. Super petit déjeuner complet et copieux.

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! Had the best time! Some great memories made! Thank you Giacomina xxx

Excellent logement. Dans un quartier privé et calme. Parking privé pour une voiture mais nombreuses places de parking aux alentours. Facilité d'accès à la mer à pied et proche du centre et des restaurants. Michelangelo est une personne très amicale et réactive. Ca a été un plaisir de communiquer avec lui. Si je devais trouver un petit défaut je dirai qu'il manquait un peu d'équipement dans la cuisine tel que des produits de 1ère nécessité (poivre, huile, ...) et un peu de vaisselle pour 6 personnes (tasses, verres à vin). Pour le reste rien à redire. A recommander

Abbiamo alloggiato tre settimane da Simona nell'appartamento Peonia. Il posto incantevole si contraddistingue per la pace assoluta, la pulizia, gli spazi curati con amore e dedizione indescrivibili. Simona e Valentina sono disponibili sotto ogni aspetto e al tempo stesso sanno essere discrete e mai invadenti, aspetto che ho apprezzato molto. Ci hanno offerto i loro preziosi prodotti agricoli con generosità e abbiamo potuto usufruire degli spazi esterni in piena libertà e privacy. L'appartamento è moderno, funzionale e di gran gusto. La cucina attrezzata, la camera ampia e fresca, il bagno meraviglioso. A disposizione una lavanderia completa di lavatrice, stendino e macchina che prepara il ghiaccio. Parcheggio comodissimo con cancello automatico..E poi i cani di Simona ben educati sempre al loro posto. Noi abbiamo davvero amato la posizione immersa nella campagna, ma vicina al mare e il confort della piscina e di un ambiente silenzioso. Grazie di tutto!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Such a peaceful location, you can fully relax here, it is like your home away from home. with comfortable bed, and living area we were able to spread out and relax for the first time in days. we did not feel the need to go out and simply enjoyed a bottle of wine. while we had ours with us, we noticed the host had several to purchase in unit. would not change anything about this place it was perfect.

Everyone comments on the noise of the train. We hardly noticed it. The windows are sound proof when closed. Great black out curtains too in the bedroom. Had a lovely stay. Great coffee shop nearby and found some exceptional restaurants. Great recommendations by host. Loved it So nice to have olive oil, milk, balsamic and some staples in the house - thank you! Nice bedding too! Would we stay again? In a heartbeat. The cycling was fantastic and we for fit lugging our bikes up the 2 flights of stairs ha ha.
