This space is a quirky 1 bedroom, 1 bath garden level loft with much of its original character preserved. Located in the heart of Midtown just one block from 15+ bars and restaurants, DMC, Shinola and way more. Brother Nature Farmhouse Cabin

Adoor-able cabin behind our urban farmhouse (Brother Nature Farmhouse on AirBnB). Furnished with a vintage look, this rustic cabin can sleep 1-3 adults or 2 adults 2 kids in the loft. Shared kitchen, laundry and 2 shared bathrooms are 20 feet away in the main house. No A/C, but there are fans and a high ceiling. Even though this is a farm with ducks, chickens and dogs running around, we are walking distance to restaurants in Corktown and under a mile to downtown concert venues and arenas.

The Painted House by Eastern Market ~Boutique B&B~

Right off the Wilkins exit of the Dequindre cut. Walkable to Eastern Market, Downtown, and the River! Easy to get to all stadiums and most major concert halls. Built by Cranbrook students for their thesis in micro-housing and revived by us in 2016! We have hosted over 500 guests ranging from a full boyscout troup to the broadway cast of The Book of Mormon to the parents of kids who play basketball at the highscool nearby. Sky Carriage House: Light, Bright, Corktown Escape

You'll be staying in our newly constructed carriage house at the back of our property in the heart of Corktown - Detroit's oldest historic neighborhood. This private dwelling is accessed from the back alley entrance and offers high ceilings and a panoramic view of downtown and the surrounding neighborhood. The unit features 1 bedroom/1 bath, living, dining, laundry and a full kitchen. In warmer months a small cafe seating area is situated on the spanish rock drive along the green alley.

The Lavender House

Come relax at the Lavender House's upper flat! The space is overflowing with old world charm, hardwood floors, stained glass, and a large balcony facing downtown Detroit. The house was built in 1900. It is nestled next to an ambling flower garden and wooded area, with ample space for outdoor hangs. There is a fire pit and playscape for the little ones. We are just 2 miles from downtown so you can enjoy what the city has to offer, then unwind in this lovely urban countryside.

Renovated 1200 ft2 historic 1880's home with plenty of charm, beautifully restored woodwork, and hardwood floors, located in the heart of Midtown. Walking distance from restaurants, independent shops, and local nightlife in the historic Willis-Canfield retail district. Our 3 bedroom listing has an additional guest fee after the first 2 guests on the reservation. This fee covers the additional housekeeping of bedrooms, linens, and towels needed for larger groups.
