Forcalquier: 3 rooms in a quiet villa

Forcalquier is a small town of 5,000 inhabitants located in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence halfway (1 hour drive) to the Gorges du Verdon and the Luberon. Forcalquier has a very lively city center with all the local shops, a cinema and many restaurants. The Forcalquier market (Monday morning) is one of the most important in the area. At the end of March, we see the plantations of multicolored tulips, and at the beginning of July, the surrounding fields are covered with lavender in bloom.

Cozy apartment in the heart of the historic center

On the 2nd floor of an old building in the historic center, Place St Michel, the apartment is composed of 3 rooms: • the living room (with TV ), its dining area and its small fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob...) • the bright double bedroom (double bed 140, wardrobe) • the 2nd bedroom a little larger with 2 single beds. The bathroom is closed by a curtain. In the heart of history, ideal location, all amenities within walking distance.

Suite Tournesol is ideal for one couple; 40 m2 including kitchen, bedroom /living room and hall with cupboard, bathroom with shower, separate WC, radio and TV. Spacious 30 m2 terrace with panoramic view towards the Luberon mountains. The suite is fully equipped with all you need including coffe/tea, bathrobes and wonderful thick towels. An efficient electric fan has been installed in the ceiling. You will find extra chairs in the hall if you want to sit by the fountain!

Spacious apartment in the center of Forcalquier

Welcome to the "hyper center" of Forcalquier. Shops are all close to the building's front door. The famous Monday market takes place before your eyes as soon as you leave the apartment. Free parking is located close to the apartment. The apartment is spacious and in a style mixing contemporary and old. The exposed beams, parquet flooring and high ceilings make it pleasant to spend time there. It is located on the 3rd floor of the building.

Large wooded garden with hammock and sun loungers. In a quiet area, at the end of the subdivision, with unobstructed views of the Forcalquier countryside. 🌄 Furnished and refurbished in early 2024. Bike welcome: storage possible in the garden shed (visible from the apartment)

You can do anything on foot: market, shops, restaurants, cinema, tours, swimming pool, hiking trails. The peaceful accommodation, with balcony, is attached to the main house.
