Eine kurze Fahrt mit Auto/Bus zur UNESCO Kurstadt Baden-Baden mit historischen Gebäuden, Parks, Gärten, Skulpturen, Kunst, Museen und natürlichen Thermalquellen.

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

The apartment is 2 minutes from the famous Lichtentaler Allee. Bus stop 1 minute. Downtown is a 12-minute walk. It is located on the 3rd floor in the back of the building, very quiet location overlooking the countryside with balcony, parquet floor, high-speed Internet, Bluetooth speakers. No pets allowed Cleaning fees of €40 are to be paid in the apartment! There is a tourist tax of €3.80 per person per day to be paid at check-in. Registration form must be completed.

You can expect a newly renovated and stylishly furnished holiday apartment on the first floor of our half-timbered house with a large balcony and a great view of the Black Forest. In summer, there are no limits to the activities right outside the door - hiking in the Black Forest, biking or walking through the vineyards. In winter, the nearby ski slopes are a popular destination - if you like it cozy, you can enjoy the wood crackling in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.

Our accommodation, true to the motto "small but nice," is located in the small Sasbachwalden surrounded by the breathtaking mountains of the Black Forest and offers a lot of relaxation, adventure and pure life. In the vicinity is the nearest ski resort just 15 minutes by car from the apartment. The beautiful Mummelsee is also a 14-minute drive away and invites you to take leisurely walks.
